Unpaid extension?

I currently have a dog in for a stay and the owner wanted to extend it. The stay ended last night, but the extension is not paid for. She is not responding to calls or text and I think she is out of town. This is a first time client, so I don't really know her. I have contacted rover and they are trying to contact her. What would you do?

There is not very much you can do since she is not answering. I have had this happen to me and once I extend it I immediately text the customer and tell them "I have extended your stay it will not be approved until you accept it on your end, please click on the approve button and we are all set." When I send this out they usually respond quickly. Some assume that you just extend the stay and it's all done. They don't know they have to approve the extension.
