Does anyone offer taxi/transportation services? If so, any tips or guidelines to share? In particular, I am curious what fees are charged?

Also, how do I get the option "Pet Taxi" to appear in my list of services? I thought I had seen it listed for another sitter, but I can't figure out how to add it to my list.
