help! it keeps telling me number is already in use - which is weird and when i try to email the page is down! rover?

when i try and request a sitter it says my number is already used but i am signed in. when i got to customer support it says we're sorry something went wrong and i dont see a help email address. ?!

If you go to the Help Center link at the top of the page, there is a place at the bottom to Contact Rover. Here's the place:
