How do you use the Report Card feature?

Hello! I have a 10 day booking coming up where the owner will be in Europe. The pet owner, while kind and intelligent, is clearly the micro-managing obsessive kind of person (for example, she wants me to also email daily updates on her cats, beyond sending them on Rover, and will have a neighbor stopping by regularly as well).

I would like to use the Report Card feature for this visit, in particular the timer, to prove I'm there when I say I am and just a bit of a cover-my-behind if I need to. How would I activate this for this stay?

Any other advice for dealing with this kind of pet owner?

Thanks!!

I'm sure you figured this out long ago, but in case it could help someone else in the future....

Your GPS will know when you approach the home and Rover will send you a message asking if you'd like to start your visit. You hit the record button (like starting a video) and, voila, you are recording the amount of time spent. You are able to add comments and are REQUIRED to send at least one picture before you end the visit.

When you are finished, hit the 'stop' button, follow the directions onscreen, and you're done! A record of the amount of time will have been sent to the owners.

What! I didn't know this existed! This is amazing!

Where/How do I select that option? Do I need to do something special? Also, how will the owner receive that information? Thanks for the useful tip!
