How do I talk to a live person at the help center?

I'm a new dog walker. I've added Paypal to get paid but nothing has transferred. Trying to reach customer service and it just keeps me on hold. I've looked at all instructions but nothing is working. Can ANYONE help me?

After adding PayPal, have you already tried withdrawing your funds from your Rover account? If you don't have your account set up to do so automatically, you have to do it manually.

thank you Hillary for responding. Yes, ma'am, I've added Paypal connected to my bank for deposit. I checked the box "Withdraw" but all it said was "0". I do see on my dashboard an amount was paid by the customer but for some reason it's not linked into my account.

If the dashboard shows 0 under Redeemable - Withdraw Money, and a $ amount under Pending, that would indicate that the client paid, but isn't available to you because 48 hours haven't passed since the service (dog walking, etc.) https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...
