Who supplies the food for the sitter?

Do I have to pay or provide for the sitters food or do they bring their own food to my home while house and dog sitting

For house sitting, the sitter typically brings their own supply of food. This is a question that should certainly be addressed during the meet and greet, though, as every sitter and client has their own way of dealing with it. During the meet and greet you can also address other kitchen and household questions that are unrelated to the pet sitting, as these are unique to each house and always best addressed in person.

This is something you should discuss with your sitter. But you are not obligated to provide food for them.

Namaste,

You provide NOTHING as it is best to keep yourself on the safe side. Will you want to hold one or more different brands of dog food an put out your own money? I always state that the owner has to provide EVERYTHING that is required. Not your dog, not required.
