Stay photos?

I send my clients pics of their dogs every day through the Rover app. Do these get put on my profile? How do i find them?

If you view your profile on your computer and scroll towards the bottom there is a picture reel that has all of your stay photos sent to clients.

I still don't see it.......I will look again:)

The phone has a really nice option where you can check or uncheck to make it public. Otherwise you have to follow the link in the email or on the conversation list directly on the computer. If you text through the phone number it will not be added. They get their own photo album it does not automatically go to your profile pictures. If you want it as one of your profile pictures (like how you did when you first set it up) you have to manually select that picture to go in that section.

If you text the client through the number provided by Rover, or use the Rover app, the pictures are automatically saved to your profile where Meagan says they are.

You may have to check for the pictures through the actual Rover site; I am not sure they show up on your "profile" page on the Rover app.

After the stay has been completed, Rover then automatically compiles your photos into a movie and sets it to music, which is a really nice touch. A couple clients have reached out afterwards to specially say how much they like the video part.

If the slider on the app is turned OFF, the photos won't show on your profile, but the client still gets them. You can search through your client's photos and Unhide them to show on your profile. Go to Past Customers (in blue letters) on the right side of your inbox to see a list of all past clients with their dogs listed.
