How to modify charge after owner sends an agreement?

I updated the second dog fee at the same time an owner sent a request agreement for me to watch their dog. From my dashboard, I do not have an option to modify the payment. Only to accept or decline. Do I accept, then modify it?

You should be able to decline the request, and then modify it. Just be sure to explain that you're only denying it because you're going to make some changes. Then, once you finish, you can confirm the booking.

I would call Rover Support before accepting and explain the situation. They can adjust the amount due for you. I had to do that one time when a client and I had our messages get crossed up.

When I contacted Rover support online they said to "cancel" the stay and describe in the reason box how the stay is changing (new dates, or whatever), what the price should be. I did that and it was changed within 6-8 hours.

Shane is correct. I was thinking it was already booked.

I need to credit my owner for one day Its an active stay, but she has another one booked in a couple of weeks. I was thinking of amending the next booking to be minus one day. Can I do that,or does she need to? I would rather do it for customer service so she doesnt have to bother.
