When do you get the safety tags with rover protection program?

I'm about to go on a meet and greet with my first client on rover (hurray!) it's for an overnight house sitting. I signed up for the rover protection program but I'm wondering when I receive the safety tags. While of course I'm not expecting bad things to happen like a dog getting lose or lost, but that was the main reason I signed up. Is this something you get after the plan is paid for?

It took 10-14 days after my profile was approved. They send you one tag. You can contact support to request more.

Hang something on your door reminding you to retrieve the tag before the dog leaves. (I've already done that once. The dog owner was kind enough to bring it back.).

Who do you contact to order more tags? I have already sent an E-mail and it was an un-monitired E-mail. Is there a number to call?

I don't know- but am following this conversation to get the same info. I sent an email to rover help/support, but no reply as of yet.
