Does my client enter the promo code or do I? If they enter it can someone explain to me how to explain it to them.
Also does the code work only for people who have never used Rover or for people who have never used the sitter whose code they are applying.

The code will only work for new Rover customers, so someone who has never used the site prior to booking with you. The customer will need to enter the code themselves during the check-out process, after the booking has been confirmed and they are prompted to pay. I would imagine there is a box on the payment page titled "promo code,' though I have never used Rover as a customer myself.
