Where do I find the button for "can provide daily exercise"?

Hi, Folks,

Many sitter profiles include a toggle that says "Can provide daily exercise" or something similar. I assumed that option would be in the same place as "Can administer oral medication" or "Potty breaks every 2-4 hours" but I can't find it anywhere!

Advice? Thanks!

Hi Carmen, Under Services & Rates - Service Options, I also saw the wording regarding "potty breaks" but not exercise.

Thanks, Deb. I may have to send my question on up to the Rover Folks.

FOUND IT! (Finally!)

Under Sitter Profile/Details/Show Additional Profile Details/"Can you provide daily exercise for high-energy dogs?"

I find this misleading. On a sitter's profile it will say "Can provide daily exercise," which I definitely can; however, I do not accept young or high-energy dogs. What is the appropriate answer? I don't want clients to think their dogs won't get a walk!

Don't you think the walk is assumed as a basic level of service? Some sitters would want to highlight that they really can provide the necessary level of exercise for certain dogs in the form of rugged walks, bicycling, agility, frisbee tossing, etc.

I always thought at least 3 walks per day was minimum standard of care service. After talking to pet parents, listening to sitters, and reading Q&A posts, I realized not all sitters provide that. So, I can agree with both of your points.

I provide at least 3 walks a day. But probably it could be highlighted in the Profile, describing what a typical stay entails, the care, the activities, etc. Wasn't there such a section in the old Profile format?

Yes, there is that as well but it doesn't show in the "Quick View" mode.
