I have a client that cant do a meet and greet for a few weeks - she will be kept under pending. Is there a time limit on this as there is on when you book?

I like to keep them unbooked until I do my meet and greets so I know its a good fit. She is meeting 4 days before her stay, two and a half weeks from now.

I've had that situation several times. I archive the request until time for the M&G. Then, like Karen says, you can move the request back to active status and go from there. Archiving just moves it out of your active mailbox and allows you to be visible on search results.

What reason do you choose? Will she be able to see I archived it or send her an email, so I dont have to explain the process?

Nothing is sent to the client. Pick any reason. I usually say the client didn't respond. It really doesn't matter.

I usually just say owner made other plans/changed their mind, I don't remember the options. As Karen said it doesn't really matter. Just be sure to look at the checkbox underneath it that says Rover will mark you as unavailable for that time period. Uncheck that box unless you want that.

Once a job is accepted by you, the client has 72 hours in which to pay. However, even if the time expires, you can always resurrect it. The easiest thing is to archive the request. Once you have the M&G, you can accept it and then the client can pay. Archiving isn't permanent.

Thanks Karen!

My personal choice is to just leave it pending; there isn't a time limit. However, if you are on the fence about taking the stay, and want to keep your availability open, archiving the request wouldn't hurt anything.
