Why do I have a large balance under Promo Code?

I know I have two "buckets" under payment. One of them says redeemable and the other says Apply Promo Code.

I would contact Rover support to make sure it is clear.

I am not sure if we are talking about the same thing but I also have a balance but it will be paid to me after the stay. Mine says pending balance. Since I have some stays coming up all the way until September it just keeps adding up until the stay is complete and then the funds are released. I hope I answered your question.

I had a significant conversation with Rover Support about this. Here's the lowdown:

"Apply Promo Code" is basically a bucket for all a person's Rover credit. Therefore, as you are paid to sit, the total will go up. It will also go up if you receive referral credit.

If you use a Rover sitter to care for your own dogs, you can use this bucket to pay for those services.

Sitters and clients both have the same 2 buckets, but sitters may not pay much attention to it and clients can really only use it one time (for their promotional code that is only good for first time clients).

I expressed my opinion that the bucket has a confusing and misleading name; I think it should be called "Rover Credit" or something similar.

I hope this helps!
