one of my clients made a typo in his review and it won't let him fix it?

He gave me 5 stars and the rest of his review shows how great the stay was. he said it won't let him edit his review. any suggestions? Worst part is i think i lost a full week client because of it, she bailed just a couple hours later :(

Why don't you give Rover Support a call? Maybe they can go in and edit it. That's really a shame and could be the reason you lost the job. People are not going to read beyond that first sentence.

I did message the client and asked him if he could call and have it corrected. he is going to follow up today. but there needs to be an edit function! to many people use smart phones and never computers and autocorrect is brutal!

the client sent an e-mail to customer service and they corrected the typo. from not our favorite to Now our favorite! To bad I lost a client before it was fixed :( I am hoping the Rover can add an edit feature to their platform so people can adjust their reviews.

There is no technical reason why a properly logged-in customer should not be allowed to edit what they wrote, good or bad. It would need to be strictly controlled by log in/password, otherwise someone might try to "fix" a bad review. I wish you luck ...
