Yeah, I just finished my first booking and the client told me she posted a review yesterday but it doesn't appear on my profile. When are client reviews posted? The client may have posted it private is also a possibility. Thanks
Mine usually show up within 24 hours. I get an email saying that client X has left a review.
I've always had mine appear same-day. I'd contact Rover if you think it might be an error with their system. If the owner is willing, have them look at their past stays and see if they still have a prompt by your conversation to leave a review. If so, that's a good indication that they didn't finish submitting one the first time.
Thanks for the feedback. As I suspected the client posted the review private, but I re-connected with them and they reposted public. The review showed up shortly after they posted it. Thanks again
