Über: I had experience in walking the Irish terrier which very strong dogs. I like to to long walks and run with them, in the morning or in the night too. I am studying and working part time, Monday and Wednesday. I can eventually be available early in the morning in those days. I like to waking up early and to walk around the neighborhood. My home is provided by two fresh balcony and a big room in which the animal can rest easily fresh without problem after a walk or chill on the sofa with me.

Über: I've taken care of dogs my whole life — and trained them too, so I understand not just how to care for a dog, but how to work with their behavior and needs. After marrying my wife Ana, we added cats to the family, and now that we have kids, we've also welcomed bunnies into the house — they live in their own separate room, so there's no overlap or stress for visiting dogs. We've been pet sitting for friends and neighbors for years, especially during school holidays, so I'm used to caring for dogs in a real home environment, not just my own. I don't work a regular job right now, which means I have full flexibility during the day — plenty of time for walks, play, and proper attention, whenever your dog needs it. I don't currently work a regular job, so my days are flexible and pet care can fit in anytime — mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I make dog walks and playtime a real priority, not something squeezed in around other tasks, and I'm happy to adjust timing to match what works best for the owner and pet's usual routine. I can take care of a dog at my home for a longer period of time like a week or 2, for example in school holidays. For dogs, I follow the owner's routine closely — feeding times, walk length, and any training cues they already use — and I keep a close eye on behavior around other animals or children or unfamiliar situations. For cats, I do home visits rather than boarding, since I believe cats feel calmer and safer staying in their own environment. In my own home, our bunnies live in a separate room, so visiting dogs never have contact with them, keeping every animal comfortable and stress-free.

Aktuell mache ich eine Ausbildung zur FBA Tierbetreuerin & Fachberaterin Hunde Aggressionsverhalten und bringe daher einiges an Erfahrung mit. Mein Rüde Toto ist ein Angsthund und ein Hund aus dem Tierschutz. Ich kann mich somit auch gut um scheue Junghunde/Hunde kümmern. Nora, meine Hündin ist total lieb, aufgeschlossen und freundlich jedem gegenüber. Ich arbeite als professionelle Tierbetreuerin und nebenbei im Schichtdienst. Somit arbeite ich immer etwas unterschiedlich, meine Verfügbarkeiten werden regelmässig aktualisiert und ich nehme mir viel Zeit für die Weiterbildung in der Betreuung. Die Tiere werden mit viel Liebe versorgt und gepflegt als wären es meine eigenen Tiere. Ich kümmere mich liebevoll um die Bedürfnisse und sorge mich um das Wohlbefinden. Gerne hole ich die Hunde bei Ihnen Zuhause ab für einen Spaziergang oder nehme sie zu mir Nachhause für eine Halb oder Ganztagesbetreuung.

Über: I've been around animals my whole life; only as a small child I had the privilege to have a labrador and a small cat, and as soon as I was old enough (around 8) I started helping out at the children's zoo in Basel (ponies, goats, cows, etc.). I currently have my own dog and a horse, and even work part-time in a veterinary clinic as I hope to one day become a vet :)! I have always volunteered to help other people with their pets: I have taken care of my friends' cats, rodents, chicken, fish, and dogs, therefore I would love to offer my knowledge and love to more pets out there! I speak 5 languages, namely English, Italian, Croatian, German and a little bit of French, so communication in other languages, whatever you're more comfortable with, is ok with me. I currently am in high school, so weekend work best for me when it comes to very long walks. Walk-ins are fine anytime before and after school! I can read canine body language very well and will immediately act upon it when necessary on walks or in your home: If your dog seems uncomfortable, that's no issue! I am happy to adapt to your dogs' needs :).

Über: Since childhood I have had cats and dogs in my home, and I cannot imagine a household without any of them. :) ever since I moved to Basel to persue my studies, I have been missing their purry company... I adore animals, cats especially! and Ienjoy spending time with them, petting them or observing them being silly. I am a musician and a music student, so my days are quite flexible! This July I have very little obligations so I would be available to take care of cats at any time! I like make sure the cat has clean water and enough food, Then I sit somewhere quietly to read or just do anything anything quietly, patiently waiting for the cat to get used to me being there. After a while, the cat can either ignore my presence, which is completely okay, or can show curiosity and approach me, in which case I would pet her/him or initiate play. In any case, by the end of my visit, I would try to approach the cat slowly and gently, and if she/he shows they don’t want me near them, I would respect it and try again the next time i visit.

Über: I have a lot of personal experience caring for dogs. Back home, I have three dogs that I have looked after since they were tiny puppies all the way into adulthood. Because of this, I’m comfortable with feeding routines, fresh water, daily walks, playtime, basic grooming, and giving dogs the attention, patience, and comfort they need. I understand that every dog has its own personality and routine. Some dogs are playful and energetic, while others are calmer and need a gentle, reassuring presence. I always try to make dogs feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for, especially when their owners are away. I’m also comfortable noticing small changes in behaviour and can help with medication if clear instructions are provided. I’m currently working in a lab and have flexible times during incubation periods to visit home to send lunch and afternoon hours with the companion I’m caring for. Other than that my routine is fairly simple. I’m between home and work and would love nothing more than to spend my time with the pet in my care. I have a quiet, spacious and cat friendly apartment. There’s play of space for them to move around freely. It’s warm in the winters and cool in the summers with a fan that will be running for my furry friend.
