About: We've been looking after pets – both our own and our family and friends' – for as long as we can remember. We're both from Australia, but since May this year, we've been pet sitting our way around Canada while on working holiday visas. We've looked after energetic shepherds, packs of pooches, cats on medication, young pups and senior felines. With every pet, we learn (and love!) a little more. We're full-time pet sitters, and we can work with just about any schedule. Whether your pet needs a walk around the neighbourhood, a longer hike further afield, or just someone to give them their dinner and a bit of love. We are extremely reliable house sitters. About: Several years ago, I got involved in dogsled guiding, and I immediately fell in love with the dogs and the bond formed between musher and canine. This sparked a passion for dogs in sport for me. I love running, skiing, and biking with furry friends. As an active person with 2 dogs of my own, I am happy to share the fun with any pup - from a leisurely stroll to sprinting on-line in a harness. My experience in dog handling has covered new puppies, to senior dogs - I love them all! Let’s meet and see how we get along, and then, let’s run! I do work shift work and on-call, so while this allows for flexibility, I have no set days week-to-week. That being said, my ability to come at a broader range of times on days off is beneficial. *For more availability please message me as sometimes days marked “unavailable” are simply reserved for on-call and can be modified.** I have attended training classes with my own dogs using positive reinforcement which I will implement with any dog in my care. I am happy to care for your dog alone, or, if it suits, I can bring my two for company (*situationally dependent**). I am more than happy to accommodate for any tools or systems you require to be used with your dog. *I am not a dog trainer, but will use your training regimen when out with your pup* Drop-in visits can include potty breaks, a quick play in the yard, medications (*dependent*), snacks, and belly rubs.

Safety is paramount :) When I walk dogs and cats, I double-wrap the leash around my wrist to keep a safe grip. I am careful to keep awareness of the pets' whereabouts at all times.

Growing up with a small dog and having pet sat for neighbours and friends multiple times gave me great experience with different animals. I've take care of cats, rabbits, dogs, birds and fish. I haven't had a chance to pet sit as much as I'd like lately and I honestly really miss it. One of my friends told me about this app and it just made sense to join and give it a shot! About: Experience taking care of various animals with a variety of needs including senior dogs and behaviourally challenged dogs. Have lived with dogs and cats my entire life! I am currently on maternity leave and plan to return to work part time. This leaves me with a flexible schedule to meet your pets needs! I would love to babysit your furry friends! I have a small fenced area in our yard and 2.5 acres of property. Comfortable taking dogs on walks around the area or playing with them in the yard to tire them out!
