About: Hi! My name is Claire, and I’ve been caring for animals for many years. I am the primary caregiver for my two mini cockapoos, Izzie and Piper, whom I’ve raised since 2017. I’ve been responsible for their potty training, behavioural training, daily exercise, feeding schedules, enrichment, grooming routines, and veterinary care. I also have experience helping rescue and rehome cats, including two cats prior to adopting my current rescue cat, Peep, from a shelter in April. Caring for both dogs and cats has given me experience with many different personalities, temperaments, and comfort levels, including shy or anxious pets adjusting to new environments. I genuinely enjoy caring for animals and understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, patient, and attentive to care for your pets as if they were family. Because I have a flexible schedule, pets in my care are not left alone for long periods and can receive frequent supervision, bathroom breaks, exercise, affection, and attention throughout the day. Safety and comfort are extremely important to me. In my home, pets are treated like family and are always supervised carefully. I have two friendly, well-socialized dogs who enjoy meeting new friends. While my yard is not traditionally fenced, my dogs are safely trained with a secure invisible fence system and are always supervised outdoors. I also believe regular leash walks are important for dogs’ wellbeing and enrichment. My home can be separated into different areas if needed to help pets feel comfortable and safe depending on their personalities and how they interact with other animals. For larger dogs, cats, or pets who are most comfortable in their own environment, I am also happy to provide care in the client’s home.

About: I can train puppies to sit, stay, potty train also. I have always been an animal lover and get along great with any type of dog. Your dogs will have access to my backyard at all times. I am available from 8am-10pm at my house with drop offs. If you need an overnight watch I need at 48 hr notice ahead of time. I provide walks and can help train them with harnesses or just a leash. I am close to a nature trail for great walks and nice dog accepted parks. I can do dogs nails, bathing and brushing as far as grooming goes. If you have any special request not listed I am flexible. About: Taking care of animals is a passion of mine. In fact I am currently working towards a career as a zookeeper. Grew up taking care of both indoor family pets and outdoor barn dogs. I wish to give my own dog, Freya, the best life and therefore have done much research on the care of dogs and their needs. When it comes to animals I prefer to be cautious and examine their behavior to make sure each animal is happy and healthy. My current job has flexible hours and allows me to work from home so I have open availability and I will be able to watch your pets. I have a fenced in backyard which my dog takes plenty advantage of. I understand dog behaviors and monitor them for signs of distress or aggression. If need be I am able to isolate dogs in either a crate or separate areas of the house.
