About: Hi! My name is Claire, and I’ve been caring for animals for many years. I am the primary caregiver for my two mini cockapoos, Izzie and Piper, whom I’ve raised since 2017. I’ve been responsible for their potty training, behavioural training, daily exercise, feeding schedules, enrichment, grooming routines, and veterinary care. I also have experience helping rescue and rehome cats, including two cats prior to adopting my current rescue cat, Peep, from a shelter in April. I have two friendly, well-socialized dogs who enjoy meeting new friends. While my yard is not traditionally fenced, my dogs are safely trained with a secure invisible fence system and are always supervised outdoors. I also believe regular leash walks are important for dogs’ wellbeing and enrichment. My home can be separated into different areas if needed to help pets feel comfortable and safe depending on their personalities and how they interact with other animals. For larger dogs, cats, or pets who are most comfortable in their own environment, I am also happy to provide care in the client’s home.
