I share my home with my sweet Goldendoodle, Rio, and two Siamese cats, Maya and Luna, so I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets. 💼 I work full time in HR and from home 2–3 days a week (flexible days!). I’m available as early as 6:30 AM for walks, offer midday check-ins, and provide evening care after 4:30 PM. On weekends, I’m fully available and happy to match your pet’s routine. 🐶 I’ve had animals my whole life, dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, even a hedgehog! About: I adopted two kittens and a dog, and they lived harmoniously with me for 16 to 18 years. I ensured they were well-behaved by setting clear boundaries with plenty of love. My cats were primarily indoor, but once I trained them not to run, I allowed them outside in the backyard. At the sound of a clap, they would rush back to the patio door, knowing it was time to come inside. My dog, Fendi, was also well-trained from puppyhood. I always made sure they received high-quality, veterinarian-approved food, regular grooming, and plenty of exercise and affection. I gave them a happy, healthy life. My beloved dog, Fendi, passed away on December 26, 2024, after 16 wonderful years together. I miss him more than words can express. Now, I want to offer my services to pet owners, sharing my love and care with other dogs and cats, knowing they’ll be in good hands. I am home based permanently at the moment but will be retiring in a couple of months. I am an empty nester with a lot of free time. I exercise daily and love taking long walks. I give any pet my full attention and interact with them in order to stimulate them intellectually. Naturally this will depend on the dog's character, age and physical ability. I will ensure they get to enjoy the outdoors. I have a large backyard to let the pet roam around. I will carry out any instructions provided by the owners in order to have the dog maintain his routine.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of different breeds to ages, from husky labs to puppies, and provide attentive care tailored to each dog’s needs. I love walking and animals - paired together it’s the perfect match for both your pet & I! I currently work from home so I am available for during the day drop-ins or walks both midday or in the afternoon after 3pm! I am also open to drop-ins or walks on your weekends away! Although my current home does not have a fenced yard, we have large grassy areas where they can run around on leash with me or I am more than happy to respect you and your pet’s home environment!

About: I've always been an animal lover and I grew up with every pet imaginable from furry to scaley, from feathery to insecty. I work as a special education teacher for young children which takes patience and empathy which I think translates well to working with animals. I love to get fresh air but find a hard time forcing myself to get out there and your furry little family member can help me as much as I can help you. I am currently working from home and would will be able to provide your dogs attention throughout the day. My husband is self employed with hours that change day to day. Our home is non-smoking, no children, has 3 floors, is well ventilated, lots of natural light, offers lots of cozy surfaces, grass area in yard (about 50' x 20'), and we do not use strong fragrances/scents. About: I have been caring for pups since I was 12 years old: first only walking one; then two; then caring for a puppy; then house and pet sitting for a small client base. It slowed down when I went to University, as I moved away from the little business I had built and had lots of studying to do, but I kept taking care of pups when I could. I learned to give the pups as much attention as they seek, tiring them into a light nap if they're up for it, while ensuring they are comfortable and fed. I adapt my treatment of the dog to its behavior, keeping in mind any training that needs to be maintained (off furniture, sit before crossing the street, etc.). I have also worked with many small and medium sized dogs. I love spending time outdoors, especially with a furry friend by my side. About: I had a golden retriever for 12 years who I took on lots of hiking adventures. I gave him 3 daily walks and endless belly rubs. I have also dog sat my neighbours black and yellow labs for 2 weeks, my cousins mixed breed for a long weekend and my brothers golden doodle numerous times. I work full time from 8-4pm Monday-Friday. I am available for walks, drop-in visits and doggy day care evenings after work and am available for boarding, drop-in visits, doggy day care and walks on weekends. I currently do not have a pet of my own. There are lots of walking paths and sidewalks, and forested trails near my place to walk your pets. I am very comfortable handling a leash, especially as I had a golden retriever who loved to pull when he saw the park or his friends.

About: With my personal pets, work, and volunteering experiences, I've cared for all kinds of animals, you name it I've cared for it! Squirrels, piglets, sheep, hedgehogs, chickens, birds, cats, dogs and more! I fell in love with animals long ago and decided to make it my career to learn and love them initially on the path to being a vet but ultimately training to be a wildlife biologist! My own dog is a German Shepherd/Labrador mix that is a sweet teddy bear due to his wonderful personality and my training. I'm currently a cegep student but I'm available in the mornings and evenings to check on your pups or walk them! I'm also available on weekends. My schedule on week-days is fixed so there are days that I finish earlier or start later that we can discuss. I don't mind having another reason to procrastinate a lab report, I can do my homework while I watch your pup! We'll find a perfect time for you and your pup! :) Since I have a large dog of my own and two cats, I cannot provide boarding at my home but I'm more than willing to stay over at your place.
