“Honestly, wow. Zhen went above and beyond to make me feel at ease whole traveling away and helped me with way more than just boarding. For some background info - I have a 3 year old Samoyed that is very stubborn and I always had trouble training him on was able to work on some behavioral issues with him such as barking and pulling. Zhen worked on these points while I was gone and kept me updated during the whole time as well as sending me pics. My dog definitely looks like he had lots of fun and he trusted Zhen. He also gave me a lot of tips on how to correct some behaviors and made me understand why he was doing them in the first place. I am absolutely coming back to him for all my future travel and training needs. Thank you so much for all the care! ????”

About: Most of my experience is with small pets such as budgies but I have had a cat since 2016 and have always adored dogs! I have also volunteered for a few months at the SPCA with cats. I'm excited to meet your lovely pets, big or small, and am offering dog-walking, house-sitting as well as check-ins. I also don't mind watering your plants while you're away. I live a few minutes from a metro station so I can easily and quickly get to your location if you live near one too. I'm quite flexible with my time at the moment and I'm prompt with answering calls and messages if you need to communicate with me urgently. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions, looking forward to meeting the pet owners as well! I currently have summer off and looking to spend more time with your furry babies. I would never offer a service I don't have time for, so rest assured I will give your pets the care they need after work and on my days off. For house sitting while you're away, I will spend a few hours a day with your pets and spend the night at your home every day until your return if necessary.

“At the beginning of searching for someone to take care of our puppy, we didn’t know where to go then we found the website ‘Rover’ and we decided on Sérine. She had good reviews and rebooks, which was a good sign plus they mentioned that she provided them with pictures - which we thought was very thoughtful. Our ‘Molly’ seemed so happy in all of the pictures and videos that we didn’t worry at all plus the comments that Sérine made concerning our pup was so caring and thoughtful ❤️. We went to pick Molly up and she was so excited to see us which is normal but her dog was so excited to want to play with her even to the point of dog crying cause he didn’t want her to go 😊. We didn’t say a word but then Molly went over to Sérine for a pat and rubbed up to legs - it was so sweet - then she was ready to go home. We would rebook again and we would definitely recommend Sérine. We gave her a tip before we left (we weren’t aware that we could do it here) to show our appreciation.
