Working from home gives me the ability to care for pets with attention all day, wherever you need it. We can adjust schedules easily and as needed. I have a large fenced in yard and no other pets or children. Our house is calm and quiet and has trails nearby for those dogs that need long walks to stay happy and healthy.

“Kathryn was so sweet with our girls and sent super thoughtful updates. It is so much easier to leave home when you have someone like Kathryn looking after your pets.”
“Don was great with Willy, my newly adopted cat! Don kept me updated on how Willy was doing while I was away, sending plenty of pictures and videos and describing Willy's behavior and well-being at each visit. I would 100% book Don again to look after my pet while I'm away - I had complete peace of mind that my cat was being well cared for! Thanks, Don!!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, including dogs, cats, and small animals, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I’ve looked after many furry friends over the years and take pride in being patient, gentle, and treating every pet like my own. Animal care fits naturally into my schedule. I work full time and do some cleaning on the side, but I truly love making time to spend with furry friends whenever I can. Pet visits and walks are something I genuinely look forward to, and I enjoy adding a little extra animal time into my days—it’s a joy, not a chore. I care for pets with patience, kindness, and respect for their routines, whether in my home or in my client’s home. I follow all feeding, walking, and care instructions closely to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. I take time to get to know each animal’s personality, provide plenty of attention and affection, and ensure their safety at all times. My goal is to create a calm, loving environment so every pet feels secure and well cared for while their owners are away.
About: About Me I’ve been caring for all types of animals for over 20 years, and I truly love them all: big, small, young, old, goofy, nervous, energetic, or a little particular. I have a special soft spot for senior dogs and cats and am very comfortable caring for them in their older years. I’m happy to go the extra mile to make your pet comfortable and keep their routine as normal as possible while you’re away. If that means feeding them in a weird spot, taking extra time with a nervous pet, giving medications, going for walks, helping a slower senior dog, or doing whatever little things make them happy, I’m all for it! I’m patient, attentive and will make sure to keep things clean and tidy while you’re gone. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I currently work from home but that is changing in the future. I work from 8 to 4 daily at home. On the weekends, I’m free to take care of your pets all day. During the day, though, dogs can be let out when they need to be let out. Once I work from the office, I would be able to do mornings and evenings and nights. I treat every pet like they’re my own and try to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I’m happy to follow specific feeding schedules, give medications, take them for walks, provide extra attention, and accommodate any little quirks or special needs they may have. I’m patient and flexible, and I’m always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for. I’m also respectful of my client’s home and will treat it with the same care and respect as I would my own.

About: I have had farm animals and pets my whole life. All of my pets have had long wonderful lives ranging from 19-22years. I feed my pets all natural and raw foods. I keep my pets groomed and medically sound. I currently work 3 days a week which leaves 4 days a week of being available at home. I only work a 5 minute drive from my home. I will have crates set up in my house if you prefer your pet to be crate trained or if the crate is a comfort zone for your fur baby.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Rothesay
I would have loved a little more communication with each visit such as - in at 7 a.m. and out at 8 a.m. with a little pic of the cats. I was disappointed to come home and find the litter box hadn't been cleaned in a day or so. My cats were fed and safe - that's the main thing. ty!
