Nous avons été pris au dépourvu par un de nos chats qui est tombé malade juste avant nos vacances, et nous sommes donc partis à la recherche d’une gardienne pour la fin de semaine. Je suis la majeure partie du temps à la maison, votre pitou aura donc toujours de la presence entre Joe et moi :) Nous n'avons pas d'animal à poils donc si votre pitou est anxieux d'etre en compagnie de chien ou chat, la voie est libre ; de meme pour nos balades, si vous souhaitez eviter les croisades avec d'autres chiens, ce n'est pas un probleme, nous habitons un quartier proches de rues tranquilles. I am at home most of the time, so your pup will always have company with Joe and me :) We don’t have any furry animals at home, so if your dog is anxious around other pets (dogs or cats), it’s not an issue; same goes for walks — if you'd prefer to avoid crossing paths with other dogs, we can make that happen too. About: Dear pet parent🥰, I’m Erika and my partner is Preslav. We are a gentle, loving couple who both work from home. I am a registered nurse and nursing teacher, and Preslav is an engineer. We are blessed to have our dog Lucky (Pomeranian-Chihuahua) for 15 wonderful years before he passed away peacefully in October 2025🕊️💗. We are not ready for another dog of our own, but we miss the comfort, joy, and companionship a furry little one brings into our home🥰 We have experience caring for small dogs for friends and pet parents for 1-2months at a time. I am very comfortable with young and senior dogs, giving medications, preparing special meals, and offering calm, gentle care because of my nursing and science background. Preslav is patient, caring, and very attentive. Together, we treat every dog as if they were our own little baby with kindness, warmth, softness, and lots of affection. We are dog sitting from August 7-August 22 2026, then September 10-18 2026. Vacation until August 14. We WFH most days which makes us very available for pet care😄, so your pet will rarely be left alone. When we need to step out for errands like groceries, dates, dance lessons, or acupuncture, we always come back to our lil cozy home. We also have a Gen7Pets stroller for small dogs who would like to join us inside shopping malls or need a comfortable way to join us when we go out (see photo of stroller). We live in an animal-lover, top floor condo with a large terrace, a spacious backyard area, and a massive quiet park right beside our home from our window, that is perfect for walks, sniffs, and fun runs/outdoor time 🦮🐕🦺🐶☀️Inside our home, dogs are free to roam everywhere. They are welcome to sleep in our bedroom on their dog bed or even on our bed if it helps them feel safe and relaxed. Our home is calm, cozy, and filled with love. With my nursing skills and experience, for young &/or senior dogs and special care needs, and both of our caring nature, we provide careful routines, medication support when needed, meals, constant supervision, and a very soft and loving approach. Always on leash and watching what's on the ground to avoid them eating things they shouldn't. I talk to them along the way and keep them out of harm's way. My walks are peaceful but at a good pace.

Nous gardons uniquement un chien à la fois afin de lui donner le maximum d'attention. Nous avons un chat qui s'appelle Mitaine. Elle est très gentille et pas du tout agressive. Nous sommes à 5 minutes à pieds du parc à chien du parc Beaubien donc si votre chien aime y aller, vous pouvez être certain que nous y serons régulièrement. Nous travaillons essentiellement de la maison donc votre chien sera très rarement seul. Promenade de chiens : Nous sommes disponibles également pour promener votre chien en journée ou en soirée, en fonction de vos horaires. Promenades de 30 minutes à 1h en fonction des besoins de votre chien. Chats : Nous ne pouvons pas garder de chats chez nous car nous en avons un et les chats qui ne se connaissent pas se tolèrent assez mal entre eux :) mais si vous partez en vacances n'hésitez pas à nous contacter. Nous pourrons passer les nourrir et nous en occuper directement chez vous en votre absence. Au plaisir d'échange avec vous. Votre chien sera donc en totale sécurité. Nous irons le promener souvent dans la ruelle, au parc, etc. Le parc à chiens du parc Beaubien est à 5 min a pied donc si votre chien aime ça, nous pourrons y aller tous les jours, il est très agréable et les chiens y ont toujours beaucoup de fun.

About: Étant biologiste de formation, j'ai toujours eu une passion pour le monde animal ! J'ai grandi avec deux beaux grands chiens et je suis la maman d'un gentil minet depuis maintenant 6 ans. En attendant de pouvoir agrandir ma famille poilue, c'est un privilège pour moi de m'occuper de vos animaux. J'ai de l'expérience en comportement animal ainsi qu'en administration de médicaments. Le confort, le bonheur et la santé de vos animaux est ma priorité ! :) Je suis actuellement disponible à partir de 13h le vendredi ainsi qu'en tout temps le week-end. Il me fera plaisir d'intégrer votre petit poilu dans ma routine ! Je peux facilement emmener votre chien en promenade, jouer au frisbee/à la balle et suivre toutes les règles et recommandations que vous me transmettrez. Il me fera également plaisir de venir rendre visite à vos animaux pour répondre à tous leurs besoins. Ma maison est un environnement calme, sans enfant, et possède une cour clôturée qui fera le bonheur de votre compagnon poilu. N'hésitez pas à me faire savoir exactement ce que votre animal aime et n'aime pas. Mon but est de m'assurer que votre animal est heureux et en sécurité.
