About: Service bilingue. A large part of our new-to-us property was previously used as a kennel. As we work toward bringing the building back to life and offering this service ourselves, I’ve decided to start small by offering one dog (or dogs from the same family) at a time in my home. As a dog lover and previous dog owner, I know how important it is to be able to rely on someone who will care for your dog as their own. I also know that not every dog enjoys a busy daycare or boarding environment, so my goal is to provide a calm, comfortable and more personal alternative. Because I only take one dog or family at a time, I’m able to give your dog my full attention and get to know their personality, habits and preferences. My goal is for them to feel comfortable and at home while you’re away—and for you to feel confident knowing they’re in good hands. I look forward to getting to know you and your dog! I homeschool my child, which means I’m home throughout the day and able to provide consistent, attentive care rather than leaving dogs alone for long stretches while I’m at work. We have a spacious, dog-friendly property with individual outdoor runs and private walking trails through the woods, giving dogs plenty of opportunities to get outside, explore and stretch their legs. Your dog will have plenty of attention, outdoor time and room to relax, while following their usual routines as much as possible. I’m happy to accommodate individual needs, whether that means extra walks and playtime, quiet time, medication, a particular feeding schedule, or simply having someone nearby.

“8 Stars out of 5 !! My partner and I have had our little Westie for a year and half and never had to leave him anywhere overnight before. Needless to say that when the day, or should I say night, came we were more than a little apprehensive. We looked within our friends’ circle first hoping to find a home that would not be strange to our dog but no opportunity manifested. We then found the Rover app and after reading MANY reviews, we came upon Linus’ Pawradise. After an initial meet and greet, we felt that all the amazingly positive reviews were most likely all sincere. Linus is a warm, caring man whose love and empathy for dogs shone through. Beyond that, he takes his role very seriously. He has created a safe environment where dogs can feel secure and have plenty of play time. He’s very knowledgeable and asks all the right questions to enable him to provide the best service possible. While we were away we received regular updates which was very reassuring to us. What a wonderful experience. We will not hesitate to avail ourselves of his services again. As a side not for those who may live a bit further away, we live 40 minutes away by car from Linus’ Pawradise and we can tell you it is worth the extra mile! Linus has a wonderful, safe , and secure environment in the countryside that your dog will adore! Thank you Linus for taking good care of our little one! (and easing our separation anxieties! Lol).”

I also volunteer with a Texas animal rescue and have transported numerous dogs of all breeds, size, and backgrounds. I work well with reactive dogs, health issues, and any size animals not only from experience with my own dogs but the rescue dogs I’ve transported from Texas. I do shift work and am looking for something to do on the side. I usually work 9-9 on a long week short week rotation I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life.
