She was very attentive to his needs, communicated well with us, and went the extra mile to go get him eye drops when he needed them for his irritated eye, buying the correct food when it ran out since we were on a long trip, and even bought us an extra bag of food so I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of passing by the pet store while settling back in from my trip.
