About: I have been an animal lover my whole life and have taken care of many different animals. I have had puppies and senior dogs under my care many times, I am used to their particular needs. I want to be able to give your pets the love and care they deserve while you are away. I am currently looking to make pet care and sitting my full time work, I am presently not working elsewhere. I am trying to build my hobby into a business. I make sure to meet the animals first to introduce myself and make sure they are comfortable with me. At home, my cats get their food with vitamins twice a day, play time when I’m done work and/or when I take breaks and cuddle time for the evening. Litter box is changed every day. It would be no different for my clients’ pets, they would be treated as if they were my own. Dogs would get the outside time needed (walks, playing, etc) on top of what is mentioned above. I always make sure to reward good behaviour so treats are included in moderation.

About: I believe animals are always communicating with us, and I approach pet care by listening first and responding with patience and care. I have 12 years of experience with my own dog and have worked through reactivity, anxiety, fear of noises, and leash pulling using positive reinforcement. I have worked with multiple trainers over the years and have spent a lot of time learning about dog behaviour and psychology, which has shaped how I care for animals today. I pay close attention to body language and subtle cues like freezing, yawning, or disengaging. When a dog seems overwhelmed, I focus on helping them feel safe and settled by creating space, choosing calmer routes or environments, or redirecting them toward something grounding. With shy or nervous dogs, I always let them approach on their own terms and give them the freedom to take breaks or step away when needed. I also believe in balancing physical and mental stimulation. Along with fulfilling walks, I enjoy incorporating enrichment like sniffing games, confidence-building activities, and gentle training. These activities work well for high-energy dogs and can also help more nervous or shy dogs feel comfortable and confident. I have experience caring for large and small dogs, puppies, and senior dogs, as well as administering medication including pills, liquids, topical treatments, and ear drops. I am very comfortable following vet instructions and care routines, and I tend to be very organized and attentive to detail. Above all, I genuinely care about each animal’s wellbeing and individuality. I use patience, positive reinforcement, and observation as the foundation of my care, and I always do my best to make sure every pet feels safe, understood, and cared for. I’m currently a work-from-home professional so I am quite flexible time and space wise. I am available at virtually any time and can readily offer overnight care in your home while you’re away. With a persistent attention to detail, I frequently look out for when an animal is trying to communicate a need, such as them wanting water, to play, to eat, to be pet, etc. I always ensure they have fresh, clean water and that they are fed the appropriate amount and on time. I also like to spend quality time with them giving them belly rubs and and behind-the-ear scratches. I also look out for their safety by keeping things that might be dangerous out of reach as well as checking in on them frequently to make sure they are doing well :)

About: Je m’occupe de mes deux bassets à la maison, j’ai eu un élevage pendant deux ans où la femelle basset originaire de la Bretagne m’a fait une très belle portée dont les chiots étaient tous en santé. J’ai gardé le dernier chiot son nom est Rocky il est très gentil. Avec mes deux bassets, nous nous promenons deux fois par jour petite balade du matin et balade de l’après-midi on sort souvent pour des sorties d’une heure, dont le parc à chien où nous aimons vraiment beaucoup socialiser, et se défouler, nous aimons les autres amis, car nous sommes faits pour vivre en meute. Si je me déplace, j’effectue toujours une surveillance d’hygiène, nettoyage des pipis s’il y a lieu et remise en état de la pièce donner la nourriture, puis s’assurer qu’ils ont toujours de l’eau, jouer et aller dehors et faire les soins routine, lavage des oreilles, lavage des dents, lavage du poil, brosser le poil et s’assurer qu ils sont en pleine santé. Cela fait partie de ma routine avec mes deux chiens.
