“Katrina saved the day when she was ready to care for my dog with separation anxiety under short notice. She was responsive during booking and during my dog’s stay. She really took the time to listen to all care instructions and used her gentleness and professionalism to reassure my dog. My dog looked calm, happy and very well taken care of at the end of the day and on the pictures Katrina sent throughout the day to keep us updated. We were nervous to leave our dog with a new sitter but were reassured upon meeting Katrina and seeing how she interacted and took such good care of our “special needs” dog. We already booked for a couple days but will definitely be rebooking with Katrina in the future.”

About: Hello, I'm Cyntia, hailing from Mexico with an innate passion for animals. What sets us apart at Pet Care Experience is my extensive experience in rescuing and caring for stray dogs, combined with a upbringing surrounded by love and respect for animals. I grew up in a home where dogs and cats were always part of our family. From German Shepherds to small rescues from the streets, I learned from an early age the importance of loving, respecting, and caring for our four-legged companions. Furthermore, I've had the privilege of participating in canine training courses with my faithful companion, Maya. These courses have provided me with a deeper understanding of canine behaviors and how to assist them through positive reinforcement training. Since arriving in Montreal, I've had the opportunity to care for and walk several dogs, as well as provide care for cats. As a full-time online student, I have the flexibility to integrate pet care seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. With ample time available, both myself and my partner, Mariana, dedicate ourselves to the well-being of the dogs and cats under our care. During the week, I schedule regular walks and playtime sessions with the pets, ensuring they receive the exercise and attention they need to thrive. Additionally, Mariana assists me in providing love and care to our furry friends, making sure they feel comfortable and happy while in our care. Our combined efforts ensure that the pets receive consistent care and companionship throughout the day, creating a nurturing environment that they can truly enjoy and benefit from. About: Bonjour, je m'appelle Mylène, Je suis passionnée par les animaux depuis toujours, ayant grandi dans une écurie entourée de chiens, de chats et de chevaux. Avec plus de 20 ans d'expérience, j'ai eu l'occasion de m'occuper de chiens de tout âge, des chiots aux chiens seniors, et de toutes tailles, des petits aux très grands. J'ai eu trois chiens au cours de ma vie et suivi des cours de dressage avec eux, de la maternelle à l'obéissance 2, ainsi que des cours d'agilité. Actuellement, nous avons une Goldendoodle de 4 ans, calme, enjouée, et très affectueuse. Elle adore les gens et est toujours heureuse de rencontrer de nouveaux compagnons canins. Travaillant de la maison, je peux veiller sur les chiens tout au long de la journée. Notre maison spacieuse dispose d'une grande cour clôturée, idéale pour que les chiens puissent s'amuser et se dépenser en toute sécurité. Nous faisons également des promenades quotidiennes dans le quartier pour qu'ils puissent se dégourdir. Avec deux jeunes adolescents à la maison, votre chien sera entouré d'une ambiance joyeuse et active. Il me fera plaisir de l'accueillir et d'en prendre soin pour qu'il se sente comme à la maison ! Travaillant entièrement en télétravail, j'ai la flexibilité de m'occuper des animaux tout au long de la journée. Je prends plusieurs pauses pour me dégourdir les jambes et sortir le chien dans notre cour spacieuse. De plus, je fais souvent des promenades pendant ma pause dîner et en fin de journée. Ces moments en extérieur sont bénéfiques pour tout le monde, car cela permet de prendre l'air et de s'activer, tant pour moi que pour les chiens ! La sécurité et le bien-être de votre chien sont ma priorité. Je m’adapte aux besoins et au tempérament de chaque animal, en veillant à lui fournir les soins nécessaires, que ce soit pour des médicaments ou d'autres besoins spécifiques. Votre compagnon sera entouré d'une ambiance chaleureuse et recevra toute l'attention qu'il mérite.

About: Je suis propriétaire-occupante d’un triplex avec une grande cours et piscine. J’ai 2 chiens (petits/moyen) et 2 chats. Je travaille de la maison donc je suis toujours présente! J’ai suivi aussi une formation canine pour mes chiens et il me fera plaisir de mettre mes connaissances en pratique avec votre petit pitou! J’ai une cour arrière avec un piscine (clôturée). J’ai même un petit coin pipi avec une borne fontaine pour les pitou ! Mes pitou sont habitués au petit/moyen chien et sont très sociable. Si votre chien à besoin d’être isolé des autre animaux j’ai aussi les installations nécessaire!
