About: I was born and raised in an animal loving home/family. I was responsible for my first kitty at the age of 5 and my first dog at the age of 12. My husband and I currently own one cat (Sebastian) and one dog (Ari). I dog/house sat for various families while completing high school and college. I completed two externships at veterinary clinics and graduated from University Of Guelph, Ridgetown with my veterinary Office Administration Certificate. From there, I took the NAVTA Approved Veterinary Assistant exam and have held the designation since. I worked in an animal facility for 4.5 years where my duties included, but were not limited to: daily cleaning of kennels, feeding/watering/exercising animals, basic training, administering oral/topical/injectable medications, basic grooming/bathing, laundry/housekeeping and canine and feline enrichment. Friends and family consistently rely on me to walk, feed and spend time with their pets when they are unable to. I have cared for kittens, cats, puppies, dogs, small animals (guinea pigs, rats, bunnies, etc.) and farm animals. As a full-time mom, my schedule can shift from week to week, but my calendar is always kept up to date for your booking convenience. Your pets will always be cared for exactly how you have instructed. Dogs are always on leash unless in a completely enclosed yard and indoor cats/animals are always accounted for prior to leaving. I'm more than happy to send photos and updates during my time with your pet(s)!
About: I’m a vet tech who’s been working with animals since I can remember! I’ve worked with training aggressive guard dogs to hospice cats at retirement rescues. I’ve seen it all! I’m great in an emergency and quick to act! What more could you need I’m working part time at the moment and I live on a farm! I have a very flexible schedule and I’m willing to work with what works for you! I’m super respectful of your home! I have been dog sitting for upwards or 6 years long term with nothing but good reviews! I make your animals feel like nothings changed while you’re gone!
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up in the country surrounded by animals. My family has always rescued pets, so I’ve had experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Because of that, I’m very comfortable caring for animals that may need extra patience, love, or attention.🐶 I’ve also cared for cats, bunnies, and even some wild animals over the years, so being around animals truly feels second nature to me. I genuinely believe pets are family—they bring so much joy and completely fill my heart.♥️ Your pet will be treated with the same love, care, and attention I would give my own. I want them to feel safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away! 🐾 I work flexible full-time hours and have Friday through Sunday off, which allows me plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. During the week, I’m able to stop in before and after work, as well as during lunch or breaks to check on pets, take them for walks, feed them, or spend some time with them. I always make sure pets get the attention, care, and companionship they need throughout the day.🫶🏼 Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure to follow their usual routines so they feel relaxed and well cared for while you’re away. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, habits, and any special needs to make sure they receive the best care possible. For dog walks, I always keep safety in mind by using secure leashing, staying aware of surroundings, and making sure your dog gets the exercise and attention they need. During drop-in visits or house sitting, I’m happy to follow all instructions you provide, including feeding schedules, medications, playtime, and potty breaks.😊
