About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, having grown up on a piece of land surrounded by animals—two cats, two horses, and a dog. As a kid I would walk my neighbours dogs for fun. At 13, I got to pick out my very own furry best friend, who brought so much joy and unconditional love into my life. I’ve used Rover myself and had a fantastic experience, which inspired me to join the platform. I know how challenging it can be to leave your beloved fur baby behind, so I’m dedicated to making the experience as easy and comfortable as possible for both you and your dog. I’ve had experience house sitting and dog sitting with many of my family friends! With me, your pup will feel right at home! I work in the restaurant industry while being in school online. My shifts change from week to week but am normally working for 4-6 hours in the evenings (5-10pm). I only work 2 shifts a week so if needed I can adjust my schedule so I am with your fur baby! I’m happy to care for your dog either at your home or mine! I have a spacious, fully fenced backyard, perfect for playtime and relaxation. I also live with a roommate who loves animals just as much as I do and is often home to help provide extra attention. I enjoy walking along the Bow River and exploring Nose Hill, so I’d love to have your pup join me on these adventures!

“Elyas did a superb job in looking after my dog and the house! He was diligent about giving Spencer his meds, he played with him and just gave him lots of attention. My house was spotless when I returned. Elyas went above and beyond with looking after everything and I would hire him again in a heartbeat!”
