One of my older babies, Bailey, struggles with constipation and usually won’t poop normally when I’m away due to stress. Sometimes we have to give her special medication to help her, and she can be fussy about taking it. Tanya handled the situation so well. I honestly don’t even know how to thank her enough. She gave her the necessary medication, monitored her closely to make sure she was pooping again, and even arrived earlier on some days just to ensure everything was okay with my kitties. I felt so relaxed knowing she was the one caring for them, and I was truly able to enjoy my vacation. She is incredible, and I will absolutely continue using her services going forward!”

About: Dogs and puppies are my passion! I dreamed of working with dogs as a little girl and now that is my reality! I have been working with dogs for about 18 years now. I have worked and trained many puppies as well as rescue dogs. I have worked in kennels and doggy daycares, with the pups as well as managing. I have also volunteered for humane societies and fostered rescue dogs. I was on the dog team at the alliston humane society for many years. I work from home so I am mostly at home, other than running errands and attending a few programs throughout the week. Typically I wouldn’t be out of the house for more than a few hours at one time. Dogs staying with us should be comfortable around children, kitties and preferably other pups. We provide lots cuddles and play time (if they want it!).

About: Ever since I was young I always loved animals, not only cats and dogs...but each and every animal I see around... I always communicate with them and give them as much as love as I can!! About: I have had dogs all my life since I was a young Child. They make great companions. I currently have two medium sized mixed bread dogs. I have a few flexible schedule so I have lots of time available to help anyone local with pet care when they need the help. I have one medium size very friendly dog. I have a fenced in backyard so there can be lots of outside playtime with or without my dog. They can play or I have the ability to keep the animals separate if necessary. I also have a medium and large crate if that’s something that’s part of your dogs routine.

About: I am a responsible and caring individual with 7+ years of dog sitting experience, and in addition to that, I have a 9 year old Vizsla, who is goofy and sweet. Although I have more experience with larger dogs, I have dog sat and taken care of many smaller breeds, such as a Teacup Yorkshire Terrier, Shitzu, Pug, and Bichon Frise. I have been around animals my whole life, taking care of neighbour's dogs and family/friend's pets. I have owned cats, parrots, guinea pigs, rabbits, and hedgehogs, so I have a range of diversity when it comes to experience. I know that pet owners want to make sure they are leaving their loved one with someone who will take good care of them. As a pet parent, I understand the concern of meeting a random person to take care of your pet(s), and I think that meet and greets are great prior to the requested arrangements. 😊I promise that your pet will be comfortable and that all their needs are met during our time together! I am a recent college graduate so I am available at anytime for drop in visits, house sitting and walks. I have an open schedule and availability. About: always been a dog lover and live in a pet community. my uncle is also a vet and would love an excuse to meet him have a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. sometimes at school or work but there's always some idle time to fill and work with you have lots of dog parks in my area that are fenced so they can get lots of interaction. will also be using leash and other basic tools

About: Happy to walk a dog or two. I usually have my kids and dog in tow on walks, but am flexible if that’s not ideal. Our 12yo dog Kutsu (medium sized border collie mix from Japan) is great with other dogs and loves to run, play and explore. He mostly just keeps to himself though and avoids conflict. I am a full time mom looking for extra cash and love dogs, and so do the kids of course. The kids are so far very gentle with our dog and other dogs we’ve had here. We aren’t hosting at this time but will again soon! We're more than happy to accommodate any special needs. We are well-versed in the cone of shame, allergies, and giving medications. I used to be a nurse so learning on the job is my specialty. We believe in positive reinforcement training and have used an e-collar in the past until it wasn’t necessary anymore. Please feel free to talk to us more about how we can support you and your best friend! I am a stay at home mom so I make my own schedule and am very flexible. I am good with last-minute or planned visits. All depends on the needs of the dog. If they like to be left alone, cool. If they need meds, cool. If they need walks all day, cool. We can accomodate!

About: Growing up we constantly had many different pets. May it be cats, dogs, birds or even fish. I love animals and the joy they bring, so as soon as I got my license I started a successful pet sitting business back home. Now that I have moved to Port Hope, I am looking to start back providing care and assistance to my fellow neighbors and their beloved animals. I am extremely patient and kind. I love all animals and if I am not familiar with a particular care process, I am happy to learn. I look forward to being able to provide my services to anyone who needs it. I do currently work 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday but my work is on a hybrid model and I live close to work. I am willing to come and help before work, after work and even on my lunch breaks if needed. My weekends are very open and flexible as well. I currently rent and have 2 cats, so taking care of your pet in my home is possible but restricted. While taking care of pets in their home. I will abide by all house rules. I will visit your home and provide a minimum of 3 walks a day for drop ins, if I am housesitting then more care will be provided. I will also brush your pets and if you wish more grooming services, this can always be discussed.
