They sent updated pictures and activities for us to see. Jax cuddled right in and loved all the attention he was getting. At one point there was a medical issue and Jeremey and Tina assessed the situation quickly and responsibility and I wasn’t at all worried about the type of care Jax was getting because they took all necessary steps to make sure he was ok and recovered which he did. It was a very smooth transition and I trusted them very much with Jax. I’m happy that I’ve found Jeremy and Tina who love Jax as much as we do and can fully trust them continuing forward for any other type of service I may need from them in the future. After our meet & greet, we were totally comfortable leaving our kids there. On our first morning dropoff, Michael greeted us with a special human treat: delicious homemade muffins! We had to stay out later than we said we would one night, but Michael handled it in stride. I work from home 4 days per week so I will always be home with your pet. We will go for walks 2-3 times per day. We also have a fenced dog run on the property so they can do thier business and run around safely. Since I will be home with your dog all day, they will get 2-3 walks per day as well as an occasional car ride (unless you prefer they are crated and stay home while I run out if needed)

About: I've been fortunate enough to care for many different animals since I was 12 years old. “Nicole was absolutely phenomenal with Mia! We felt so comfortable leaving her with Nicole from the start. She really made Mia feel at home, and Mia got along SO well with her two dogs. It was obvious that Mia was treated like one of their own and got lots of love and attention while we were away. She even slept in bed with Nicole and her two dogs, which honestly made us laugh because at home she doesn’t even want to sleep in bed with us! 😂 Communication was super easy and smooth the whole time, and we loved getting daily pictures of Mia. It was so nice to see that she was happy, comfortable, and having such a great time while we were away. About: We know firsthand that dogs are family. We cared for our beloved dog for 11 years through two knee surgeries and several other procedures due to genetic health issues, giving her the best care every step of the way. That experience taught us patience, responsibility, and how to recognize when a dog needs extra attention. We provide a calm, loving home, daily walks, plenty of affection, and will follow your dog's routine exactly as you request. We treat every dog like one of our own and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy peace of mind while you're away. We both work full-time Monday to Friday, so we're best suited for dogs that are comfortable being home alone for up to 8 hours during the workday. Every dog gets a morning walk before we leave, an evening walk when we're home, and lots of love and attention afterward. On weekends we're home most of the day, so your dog will have plenty of companionship, playtime, and cuddles. Your dog's safety and comfort are our top priorities. We'll follow your dog's feeding schedule, medication routine, exercise needs, and any special instructions exactly as requested. We treat every dog like a member of our family and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands. We also volunteer with an incredible pet rescue in Edmonton dog sitting for fosters while they wait for their forever home and absolutely love everything about it. All dogs we watch will 100% be treated like royalty 💜 We also have a toy box full of new toys where your incredible pet gets to bring home their favorite toy after their stay 🥰
