Kenzie is a 4 year old Dachshund-Chihuahua mix (I think!) who I rescued from Serbia in 2023. She is very gentle, loving, quiet and kind. She was very anxious and nervous when she came to me, but through training and lots of positive reinforcement I have helped her become more confident and enjoy life. Because of this, I am well-versed in dog psychology and body language, and specialise in building confidence in anxious dogs with patience, compassion and plenty of treats. Before Kenzie, I have lived my whole life with dogs. I grew up on a farm with Collies and Kelpies who had lots and lots of energy and needed constant stimulation. I also regularly care for and help train my parents' Dachshund who is very reactive. Thanks to my varied experience, I am able to care for all sorts of unique dogs. All my other time is free to care for your lovely dogs alongside my own little dog, Kenzie. Me, my husband Rory and our 7kg Dachshund mix Kenzie live in a spacious first-floor apartment in Vienna's second district, between Augarten and Prater Park. Our apartment has a 20ft private and secure outdoor space where my dog (and yours!) can enjoy sunbathing, toilet breaks and stimulation exercises when we're not outside of the apartment on an adventure. There is also a lift in the building if stairs are difficult for your dog. Less than 1 minute walk from my front door is our nearest fenced Hundezone where dogs can play and sniff off-lead. There is another Hundezone less than 5 minutes walk away so they're very accessible to us! Inside the apartment, dogs are welcome to relax and sleep on our big sofa, our bed or choose from a selection of plush beds, fluffy blankets and soft pillows -- the choice is theirs! If your dog stays in my apartment, we will follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding times and bed times. I can also administer any medications as required. Your dog will benefit from full roam of the apartment, and if there are multiple dogs staying, they can easily be separated should there be any issues. All of my services include: Positive reinforcement including treats, adhering to any dietary requirements Sending you pictures of your dog along with updates Lots of cuddles and snuggles (if they want them!) Über: I’ve been vegetarian for almost 10 years! My love for animals grows by the day. I’ve been care of cats and dogs on and off for about a year now, size ranging from teeny tiny to 37kg! The inspiration behind this came as I really enjoy taking walks, combined with my love for animals, here I am :) I’ve previously owned a corn snake. I’m currently cat and dog sitting through another platform. I’m really enjoying it so I want to do it more often! I’m not currently employed or studying, and so I have all the time to create a personalized plan together :) For cats, I keep windows closed when cats are in the room, give food portions and treats as discussed, remove hazards, clean the litter box, and water your plants! Über: I recently moved to Vienna from Belarus to study, and since I had to leave my own animals behind, I really miss them. Growing up, I loved pets my whole life and had French Bulldogs for 12 years, a cute cat, hamsters, and pet rats (my absolute favorites—I miss my sweet Iriska so much). Here in Vienna, i also got some experience already. I regularly look after my brother’s lovely Beagle, Grusha, every time he leaves the city—handling her feeding, walking twice a day, washing, and brushing. I’ve also petsat for friends kitties a few times. I have a very quiet, calm personality, and I genuinely enjoy spending my free time keeping playful and calm pets happy and on their normal routines. I have a German course three times a week, but overall my schedule is very free and flexible, leaving me with plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. Since I am studying for exams, I spend hours calmly sitting at my desk working on my laptop. This means your pet gets a quiet, stress-free environment and constant company. Apart from our scheduled walks and playtime, I'll be right there keeping them relaxed and safe while I take my notes.

Über: Hi ich bin Paul, 24 und ursprünglich aus Innsbruck, Tirol. Ich bin mit einem Hund aufgewachsen den wir leider einschläfern lassen musste als ich ca 5 war. Seitdem ich ein teenager bin haben wir zu Hause in Innsbruck einen neuen Hund: Murphy, ein 17kg schwerer Mischling aus Ungarn gerettet. Ich bin also seit 11Jahren an das Zusammenleben mit einem Hund gewöhnt und weiß was es heißt auf einen Hund aufzupassen. Darüberhinaus war ich Herbst 2022 einen vollen Monat in Portugal in einem Tierheim als Volunteer wo ich jeden Tag mit über 100 verschiedenen, teilweise auch aggressiven und sehr schwierigen Hunden gearbeitet habe. Obwohl ich 1x gebissen wurde habe ich die Arbeit dort geliebt und mich in viele Hunde dort verliebt. Ich studiere Lehramt Sport & Englisch. Ich arbeite derzeit nirgendwo nebenbei womit ich (abgesehen von den Vorlesungen und Übungen bei denen ich unter der Woche sein muss) relativ viel Zeit zu Hause sein kann. Ab Juli habe ich ohnehin 3 Monate Sommerferien und bin somit extrem flexibel. Ich wohne mit meinem älteren Bruder in einer 76qm großen Altbauwohnung im 2. Bezirk - direkt neben dem Augarten. Eignet sich natürlich super um dort in der Hundezone etwas Dampf abzulassen oder einfach eine schöne große Runde spazieren zu gehen!

Über: Bisher habe ich vor allem die Hunde und Katzen meiner Großeltern auf dem Land betreut – ich bin mit ihnen spazieren gegangen, habe sie gefüttert und Zeit mit ihnen verbracht. Deshalb hoffe ich, auch Ihre Haustiere in der Stadt liebevoll betreuen zu dürfen. Ich freue mich darauf, mit ihnen spazieren zu gehen, zu spielen und mich zuverlässig um sie zu kümmern. Zurzeit habe ich Sommerferien, bevor ich im Herbst mein Masterstudium beginne. Deshalb bin ich aktuell sehr flexibel und kann die Betreuung Ihres Haustiers zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten übernehmen. Über: I always loved animals! Ever since i was a kid i would bring all sorts of injured or abandoned animals back home to take care of them in whatever capacity they needed. My mom would say that we have an animal sanctuary — i have taken care of injured pigeons, cats, dogs, rabbits among other animals and birds too! At 12 y/o i started a small foundation to take care of the street animals in my locality — assisted the vet to help support any injured babies, fed them daily and went house to house to see if we could get any donations! And i would actively go over to friends and families homes and take care of their babies! I also have fostering experience - took dogs and cats in till they found their own homes! And now i have a ginger baby cat whom i love dearly! And i want to make your babies feel loved too :)) My policy is a lot of patience and love because they are also trying to grow up in a human world 🥰 I’m currently in between jobs so i have plenty of time to help around! Über: I love nature and animals and are used to handling various species, not just dogs and cats. I live in a very pet friendly house with a big communal fenced garden and are used to dogs of various size! Love to go on long walks and play with the dogs as long as they are happy to! Used to dealing with less friendly dogs who don't get along either with other people or other animals, with additional extra care for pets with anxieties :) I have experience with training, both puppies and adults. Happy to follow strict guidelines if pets need training. If needed I'd be happy to help with other tasks such as bath/teeth cleaning and more.
