“Victoria was an absolute amazing sitter with our medium size Catahoula Black Mouth Cur. It didn’t bother her at all dealing with a larger pet. I could really tell she cared for him and wasn’t just doing a pet babysitting job. He usually doesn’t eat much when we are away but Victoria had a couple of clever ideas and he was eating and drinking like a happy fella. He likes people and doesn’t like being alone so Victoria’s hour visit twice a day really helped those lonesome times. She would play with him and his toys, take him outside and cuddle with affection to makeup the fact we left him behind. We received reports and pictures twice a day as well as text messages when she had questions about his lack of appetite and her ideas to help. I am very appreciative and thankful for Victoria’s hard caring work with our dog. We will confidently ask again for her services with our dog.”

“How can we give Maddie 6 stars? Our Catlyn is a rescue cat from Mexico. She has traveled extensively with us domestically and internationally. Probably over 50 flights...most states...several countries. We have never been able to leave her alone! We had a quick business trip come up that we couldn't take her on and got in touch with Maddie! We could not be happier! Maddie is just a gem and a sweetheart. She was patient with our fickle and nervous "princess" who couldn't figure out where we went. She went far and above what I would have expected. She kept us posted several times a day with visit and updates and lots of photos. About: I genuinely enjoy caring for and spending time with animals, and believe it is extremely important that all animals are treated with the upmost care! I would love to be responsible for taking care of any animal! I am currently a full time student at Baylor University, so I do have some obligations for classes and school work during the day. However, my Thursday evenings, Fridays, and weekends are very open. Care for each pet can vary at times, but care first starts with understanding the personality of the animal that you are caring for. Aside from keeping them well fed, hydrated, exercised, and safe, there is an important emotional side to the care as well.

“I have 3 pets. 2 dogs and a cat. Helena has been amazing with them every time I have her sit. I have cameras at my house and will check in from time to time. She takes my dogs out every time they wake up from their naps and stands outside with them to watch them go to the bathroom. Both dogs are on the elderly side and do not get around very well. She helps them on the couch and back inside once they have used the bathroom. My cat is very standoffish to people he does not know but has loved Helena from the minute he met her. She cleans the litter box once every other day as I requested. She makes sure that the multiple water bowls/jugs are always full. When the dogs have accidents or my cat throws up she makes sure that it is cleaned up in a timely manner and will mop the tile floor when there are big messes. When I ask her to stay for an hour here and there she always stays longer to make sure my pets get love! I would recommend Helena for any pet-sitting job!!”

About: I worked full time for the City of Waco Animal Services for eight years and have my Vet Asst. degree. I have 20+ years of experience with animals and will treat your fur babies like my own. I currently have 5 dogs of my own, all from the local Shelter! I encourage enrichment and basic training. I can seek a behavior issue within an animal and help correct it. I encourage all pet owners to have their pets microchipped and current on rabies vaccination. I like to know which Vet the owners prefer prior to sitting any animal just in case of an emergency. Animals are a passion of mine and I like to help owners when in need! It would be my pleasure to care for your pets! I currently work FT (M-F, roughly 8-5). When I come home I like to spend my time with my dogs. I enjoy taking care of others’ pets as well! I, personally, feed my dogs twice a day. They still act like they’ve never been fed even though they are extremely healthy and even get snacks. I get up at 3am with my dogs daily since they insist on going potty at that time. I would care for your dogs as I care for mine. They are part of the family.

About: Hey y’all! We live on a fenced 2 acre property that your pup can run and roam right out side Robinson in the Golinda area! I’ve been around and taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. In high school I was certified in animal care and worked at the local animal shelter. I have also professionally groomed dogs (not currently) and I absolutely loved it! I come to your home because I find pets are more comfortable in their own spaces, which helps keep anxieties down. You are welcome to let me know your pets specific needs, and I will gladly accommodate those needs. I find most dogs and cats warm up to me pretty quickly. My friends and family joke that I'm the animal whisperer because whenever I'm around, all the dogs and cats are found near me. When I move, they tend to follow. I will not schedule your pets care too close to another appointment because I believe pets take time to care for, which means sometimes they need a little more than the schedules time block. Hurrying just leads to less than stellar care, which no one has time for.
