“OH MY GOSH! If there were 100 stars, Natasha should have them! From the first meet and greet, we felt so comfortable leaving our "kids" with this family. We have two big labradoodles, who are spoiled rotten. We have 8 grandchildren who adore Kia and Brandy, so they are used to a lot of attention. Natasha and her family showered them with love and affection. They kept them busy and entertained for two weeks! When I returned home, the dogs weren't the least bit interested in me. They just sashayed over to me, not jumping, licking or anything! That was the test. The last place (Dog Stop) must have been lacking in something, they couldn't jump in the car fast enough. This time I couldn't get them into the car! I want to whole heartedly, recommend (Natasha) and Rover.com to everyone! My entire experience was simple, comfortable and stress free. Natasha sent me photos and updates almost daily. So we could enjoy our vacation and not worry about the treatment of our girls. I will use her any time we have the need and of course if she is available. We love Natasha! If anyone wants to talk further, please let me know! Natasha gets 100 gold stars in my book! “Had a great experience with Matt, from the Meet n Greet and the drop off, to the pick up and everything in between. Matt was very responsive and kept in touch during Mayzie’s stay, assuring us she had adjusted fine, and sending us photos. She’s visiting again in two weeks so I’m relieved that Mayzie has a safe and comfortable place to call home while we are away. Excellent experience overall!
