“Kim has a real passion for animals and customer service! She has had multiple cats over the years-all rescues. She found some, some found her and none were turned away. Scooter stands out as an amazing story. Kim and Scooter went from Atlanta GA to live first in Hanoi, Viet Nam and then to a small town in France. Kim would not leave Atlanta unless Scooter, the cat, could go with her-and he did. They returned from Europe and he lived a long sweet life with her in PA until he finally had to be put down of extreme old age. Kim's career path has always been heavy on customer service-flight attendant, event planner and retail-always doing her best to make sure the customer was dealt with in a professional but caring way. She has taken care of our dog on several occasions while we traveled to see family and friends. She has spent time playing with him, taking him for walks and in general, cuddling and comforting him in our absence. I'm certain that all your customers will be very satisfied with her sense of responsibility and compassion for their animals.”
