She managed introductions between the animals perfectly, and vetted my dog, who is admittedly a fence jumper, carefully before allowing him free roam of her amazing yard. Communication was prompt and perfect throughout, with lots of sweet pictures to console me! Maia went above and beyond by offering me support during a winter weather storm as well! We did a short meet & greet before boarding our dog with her as this was our first time boarding him in someone else’s home, and so that he could meet her pup. Michelle has always taken excellent care of our pups and we leave knowing that they will be safe and will not get into trouble, as they can be a handful at times! “Jackie and her family were so great to meet, they were all there to have the dogs meet each other and my dog who is 4 months went right over and started playing with Brownie. Jackie was very caring, asked all about Penny and her routine ahead of time, once we met and the dogs were playing I didn't worry at all about leaving her. She also sent many updates and pictures, and Penny even went in the dog pool right away. My dog slept for 2 days after coming back home, that is how much playing and fun she had!”
