They even accommodated a extra night because of a family complication. We would definitely consider having Ace stay with them again or refiring other people to Tetiana!”

She is very communicative - from questions before booking, through booking changes, and while our pup was in her care - kept me posted on how he was doing and even provided pictures! Something that really helps a first time puppy mom! She also kept our puppy active which was great after a long trip - he slept the entire night and even slept in late!! “Lori and Michael are FANTASTIC. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Our Otis is a special case, and they could not have done a better job keeping him comfortable and happy! When we leave him at a kennel, he is usually too drained and nervous to be happy to see us—not this time! We showed up to pick him up and he was jumping for joy. He had so much energy and was so excited! He even walked up to them for head scratches, which he is very picky about receiving from outsiders. They sent loads of photos that really brightened our days while we were away from him. I would recommend them fully to anyone in the area, but just know you’ll have to fight me for a spot!”
