“This was Teddy's first time staying with a sitter all day. He is a two year old Maltese and has never been left so he is pretty needy, and has separation anxiety. I was nervous leaving him but Ian was amazing! He sent pics as soon as I left him, and kept me updated all day. He's super responsible and communicative and he totally understood how hard it was for me to leave my boy. He's a really great guy and he loves dogs, and Teddy really liked him. I would recommend Ian 100%, although I don't want him to get too popular because Teddy and I need him! :-) Teddy will be going to stay with Ian again soon.”

About: My whole life I have owned and taken care of animals. From family cats and dogs, to personal pets like a rabbit, fish, snake, and ferrets. I have had sick animals and dealt with all sorts of messy situations. Growing up with a veterinarian in the family, I spent a lot of time in an animal hospital, and learned about handling animals with care. Previously, I have cared for over a half a dozen dogs at a time, and enjoyed playing, running around, and cuddles with all of them! My parents brought home two eight- week old dachshunds with LOADS of energy. I helped train them the first few months, and now frequently dog sit. In my childhood, my cat developed feline aids and kidney failure, and I administered shots to him every few days. Currently, my side kick’s name is Remy. He’s a Jack Russell mix that has stolen my heart! We travel together all the time. As you can see, my life has been surrounded by animals and nothing has been more fulfilling. I am looking for scheduled or occasional dog walks and in-home care. I travel for work and stay in different cities for weeks at a time. While in your home, care for your fur babies is my priority. Their safety and enrichment is a main focus, while attention to detail and lots of love is what your pet will experience. You can rest assured that your furry family is in good hands.

About: I usually take care of my friends dogs or cats when they ask me to and I personally have had dogs in the past. I enjoy feeding, cuddling, playing and take them out. My schedule is very flexible, the only days I'm busy are Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays due to college and I have no problem spending multiple hours taking care of your beautiful pet. I currently have a roborowski hamster, and I use to have a dog some years ago, I have always loved animals of all sizes, and ages. From a very young age I owned different types of animals such as a turtle, fishes, dog, and even a chicken. I enjoy the company of animals extremely, I never get tired of spending time with them, but if I noticed they aren't in the mood to play I would give them their space so they don't feel stress out. If you have any rules that I should follow I will make my best to follow them and make the experience nice for everyone!! 🐶🐱💓
