(Probably better than I would have) She is responsible, detailed, dependable, and has a big heart. If you've ever debated about not going on vacation because you have a hard time being away from the furry family member- she's the one. My senior cat decided to give nothing but attitude, she was very patient with him. Excellent communication. The best.”

Lacee wags her tail and goes with her no problem. She’ll will text over a picture, leave me information on treats that are best formy pets, and cares for each of them the way I would. “Pam was great from our very first contact. She suggested meeting at a neutral spot so we could meet and the dogs could meet. We met at Petsmart. The dogs got along great too we proceeded to book Ozzie's 2 night boarding stay. Her house is very nice with a huge yard and a walking trail that borders her property. She took Ozzie and her dog Redford on several walks. I knew right away that Ozzie would be considered as part of the family and would be treated well. He made himself right at home and I was very comfortable leaving him there knowing he would be comfortable and well cared for. I will definitely use Pam again next time we have to go out of town. Highly recommended for overnight pet boarding!!”
