So I was a bit nervous having to go out of town but the constant updates Mrs. Janet provided helped to calm my nerves. Just to see my dog so relaxed and happy gave me a sense of peace. She is not only patient but an extremely kind woman!! What impressed me most, is before caring for my dog she wanted to be sure my dog would be okay with her and her home by doing a meetup first, that warmed my heart. Anytime I need a sitter, Mrs. Janet will be the first person I contact!”

“Wonderful! Finally, after going through TWO Rover sitters, I found our Demi a regular, trustworthy sitter. When she stayed with others, she would come back stressed, smelly and even looked sad in some of the update photos. One weekend with Mrs. Aimee and she came back to us relaxed and happy. She looked relaxed and happy in the pics and it showed when we picked her up. I could tell it was going to be a good experience when she asked everything she could to make Demi’s boarding enjoyable. However, Charlene eased my anxiety by providing regular updates and pictures. She was very flexible with time when my daughter was having car trouble on picking up the dogs.
