“Amazing! Katara did such great job with our puppies. They were happy and she made sure to keep us updated the whole time while we were on vacation. She made us feel at peace knowing that our dogs were having a good time in her house. Kalua needed medication 3 times a day and she also made sure that he took all of his meds. She took the time to chat with me before the boarding to make sure Ollie would be a good fit (he can be a little quirky sometimes which makes it hard to leave him with new people). While she was watching Ollie, Heather sent me updates and pictures which was very comforting. She was also very accommodating with my pick up/drop off schedule. Heather made this whole process very easy and I look forward to having her watch Ollie again in the future!”
