“We can’t say enough about our positive experience with Stephanie! We were very nervous to leave our 3 mo old puppy since he’s obviously still potty training and in the puppy stage. She went above and beyond our expectations for sure! She even put his bell up at her back door so he could continue his potty training. She sent us at least one picture and text a day to let us know how our Bandit was doing, which we all looked forward to. He got to meet and play with other dogs/puppies as well…so he had his own little vacation! We will definitely be calling on her again in the future!! She’s amazing!!!”

This was our first time leaving our dogs with non-family or friends so we were nervous at first, but Emily and Brad did such a great job at understanding our dog's uniqueness and our dogs came home tired which is a great sign of lots of playing!!”

They were welcoming and knowledgeable about the best way to introduce him to the other let they were caring for. They sent updates which thrilled all of us, especially the kids, to see that he was being so well taken care of and loved while we were away. Milo seemed very comfortable and quickly made himself at home in theirs. It was a great experience and their care was very much appreciated. Can’t recommend them enough and rather than stress about who will keep our anxious pup while we are away I will be looking up Josh and Kate immediately. “April is wonderful!! We were out of town and received word our little Smudgie was ill and could not stay at the doggie hotel. We had never used Tover before and our son and his wife are members. So, we filled out the info ~ April replied immediately and we talked over the phone. She is very knowledgeable, accommodating ( picked our pup up) and asked appropriate questions to give excellent care. She cuddled him, her little girl gave him special kisses. April will always be in our hearts. Oh, and she sent pictures and updates.”
