Despite the last-minute request, she was incredibly accommodating and welcomed our dogs with open arms. From the moment we dropped them off, we knew we were leaving him in good hands. She provided updates throughout the stay, including pictures and videos, which really put our minds at ease. It was clear that our dog was not only well-cared for but also genuinely enjoyed his time there. The house was clean, secure, and had plenty of space for play and relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend Joanna to anyone in need of a dog boarding service. We are incredibly thankful for their flexibility and the outstanding care they provided. “We had to book a very last minute Rover and Lisa and her family were very willing to work with us and take our pup off our hands for the weekend. Our pup can sometimes get depressed when we leave her, but the pictures that Lisa sent us showed that Bailey was having a great time. Would definitely use again. Close to Riverwalk for anyone going on a vacation as well.”

“Ashley and her dog Kona were great for our 7 month old German Shorthaired Pointer (Tucker) who requires a lot of play time and exercise. Tucker stayed with Ashley at her place for 3 nights and loved it. Ashley was very accommodating with pictures and updates throughout the stay. She was also very accomodating in picking up Tucker from our apartment without us being there to let her in. Our office let her in and she got Tucker, his kennel, food, toys, etc.... With no issues or problems at all. I will be using Ashley again for our next stay!”

Monty hates thunderstorms and barks incessantly when they are happening, and as luck would have a severe storm passed through while she was boarding him. She was able to give him his medicine and keep him calm, and to text me on how he was doing. Would recommend highly.”

“I am definitely pretty close to a “helicopter” paw parent and I couldn’t recommend Miguel more. I’ve been using his services for over 3 years now before he joined Rover. He hand feeds my pet, makes sure he has enough potty breaks, and follows instructions clearly. He also seems to have a genuine love for animals of all types; my pet easily warmed up to him. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.”
