About: I've been around dogs for as long as I can remember, growing up with them from birth and owning my own for the past 15 years. From the age of 10, I was walking dogs for neighbours and local families, which gave me early hands on experience and a real love of caring for dogs of all ages, breeds and personalities. I have trained a number of dogs including my own dogs and feel confident supporting a wide range of needs, from energetic puppies who need plenty of stimulation to older dogs who enjoy a gentler pace and extra cuddles. We both work from home, meaning your dog will have company and supervision for the vast majority of the time (around 95%), aside from short periods such as school runs or quick errands. We always prioritise being with any dog in our care, ensuring they feel settled, safe and never left for long periods. If they could not be left we can also work with this! I understand how important it is to feel your pet is safe and happy, whether you’re away on holiday or just need support during the day. If a working day our dogs get 2 - 3 walks a day from 30 minutes to 45 minutes in a range of different settings. We can meet any timetable for feeding required. I have a fenced garden and 2 friendly dogs that will support in keeping your pup entertained and engaged in games (they love tug of war and ball games!) and lots of cuddles and fuss throughout the day. We live in a quiet estate. We also can offer quiet area’s of the house if they need a little downtime to themselves where we can sit with them if required away from our pups.

We’d had a mix up with our normal kennel just 2 days before we were due to go on holiday for a week and she responded to our plea immediately. The dogs loved their time with her, she gave us regular updates and photos and it was clear how much care she took of our two dogs whilst they were with her. “Hannah looked after Moss overnight and was very focused on his comfort and needs. We received updates and photos showing Moss on walks and settling into his new surroundings, which is always comforting. The location is a quiet rural setting, which Moss prefers and enjoys rural woodland walks, although the potholed track leading to the house needs to be driven with care. When we picked Moss up he was comfortable and happy to be around Hannah and believe he enjoyed his stay with her. We were happy that Moss was well cared for and would consider Hannah again.”

“Laura, her husband and their lovely dog looked after my Cavapoo as if he was part of their own family. From the moment we left him, we felt completely reassured that he was in safe, caring hands. Laura was incredibly attentive throughout the day and kept us updated with lots of lovely photos and videos, which made such a difference. We could see him out enjoying walks, playing happily with their dog, relaxing around the house, and curled up comfortably on the sofa. It was clear he had settled in so well and was having a brilliant time. After his overnight stay, he was completely zonked out in bed, which said it all. He had obviously been well cared for, entertained, and made to feel right at home. We would highly recommend Laura. She made the whole experience feel easy and reassuring, and we were so pleased to see how happy and relaxed he was. You can be assured that your pet will have all my attention. I work flexibly part time remotely with occasional telephone calls of no more than an hour. I offer beach and country walks either on or off the lead. I only take one dog at a time (or multiple dogs if from that same family) so I can give them all my attention.
“We were staying in Bude, and while visiting Cornwall wanted to do some activities where dogs are not allowed. At first we found it difficult to search for doggy day care and then we came across Rover and Dale's Doggy Day Care. We were nervous to leave our dog, Wafer with a stranger, in an area we didn't know. Dale was very welcoming and accommodating with drop-off and pick-up times. Our dog is very friendly, however at first seemed a bit nervous to meet Rex, Dayle's dog. Dale took the time to help Wafer settle in and within minutes of us leaving we received pictures of our dog enjoying the place. The second day, Wafer was still a little bit nervous to stay, which didn't help us feel good about leaving him for another day. Dale was quickly on the case to help him settle again and the videos we received showed us how happy Wafer was, once we left. Of course, as always, noone is as happy to see you as your dog! Wafer was happy to be back with us and tired, ready to relax, which was great for us 👍🏼 Wafer's profile picture on Rover is one of the photos we received from Dale ❤️ We would thoroughly recommend Dale's Doggy Day Care and left his details with our campsite!”

About: I trained me Sprocker Spaniel who is still a puppy. This involved basic commands and recall. He is well behaved, well socialised and a happy dog :) I run my own business so have good flexibility during the week and at weekends. I won't be out for more than 3 to 4 hours and I can walk, feed and socialise them inbetween. I will be there to look over them most of the day..I may leave for 3 to 4 hours but will make sure they've been walked and fed before so.

Someone is always home 24/7. I have a large garden around my big bungalow which is all fenced. We have acres of land around us all private so they will have such a good time exploring with Rex. I will always walk new boarder dogs on the lead unless the owner is 100% confident there recall is great otherwise they will be kept safe and close whilst having lots of fun. I will send regular updates and pictures as I know how important it is to know how your pet is getting on. I really love to see dogs thriving and having an amazing time. All dogs deserve the best in my eyes. Your dog will be treated with lots of love like Rex does.
About: I’ve grown up around animals and have always had dogs in my life. I currently have three dogs of my own, so I’m very comfortable handling different personalities, energy levels and routines. While I’m new to dog walking professionally, I’m used to daily walks, feeding routines, basic training and making sure dogs get the exercise and attention they need. About: I began by independently fostering a pregnant cat who I rescued from the streets, providing housing and care throughout her pregnancy and raising her kittens to ensure their health and development. This experience led me to a role at an animal rescue, where I worked for approximately a year caring for rescue cats and dogs, managing all aspects of their care. A key part of this work involved confidence building, to ensure good quality of life. Consistent handling to help the animals feel secure and settle into their new environment. I’m currently working from home so I will be in your dogs/cats company for majority of the day. Typically I do a daily big walk for myself so this is something your dog can potentially join in on. I live in a small studio apartment in the country side with a large garden (not fenced in) lots of land surrounding me, and many nature walks. There are friendly dogs on the property which your dog can befriend depending on your preference for that.
About: Over the last 4 decades I have loved and cared for a multitude of my own pets from cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, cockatiels, finches, fish and chickens. About: I've been around dogs for as long as I can remember, growing up with them from birth and owning my own for the past 15 years. From the age of 10, I was walking dogs for neighbours and local families, which gave me early hands on experience and a real love of caring for dogs of all ages, breeds and personalities. I have trained a number of dogs including my own dogs and feel confident supporting a wide range of needs, from energetic puppies who need plenty of stimulation to older dogs who enjoy a gentler pace and extra cuddles. We are a very animal loving family made up of myself, my husband and our daughter, who has grown up around animals and understands how to be kind, gentle and respectful with them. Our home offers a genuine home from home environment where dogs are treated as part of the family. We share our home with Rosie, our 14 year old Collie x Poodle, Daisy, our 1 year old Labrador Retriever and our 16 year old Cat Bella who tends to keep herself to herself. As you'll see from the photos, they are very happy, friendly dogs and a huge part of our family. They both enjoy the company of other dogs and are used to sharing their space. We have a secure, good sized garden for safe outdoor play and love exploring the beautiful North Devon countryside, beaches and woodland walks. I understand how important it is to feel your pet is safe and happy, whether you’re away on holiday or just need support during the day. If a working day our dogs get 2 - 3 walks a day from 30 minutes to 45 minutes in a range of different settings. We can meet any timetable for feeding required. I have a fenced garden and 2 friendly dogs that will support in keeping your pup entertained and engaged in games (they love tug of war and ball games!) and lots of cuddles and fuss throughout the day. We live in a quiet estate. We also can offer quiet area’s of the house if they need a little downtime to themselves where we can sit with them if required away from our pups.
