“A home from home. Dale and Scott looked after Fergus like he was their own. They gave Fergus lots of love, cuddles and belly rubs. Their outside space is safe and secure and location is perfect for long safe walks off lead. We were sent regular photo updates of Fergus’s sleepover and fun he was having out and about.”

“My labradoodle Davey had the most amazing time with Isabelle. She is a super-nanny for dogs with lots of walks, play dates, puppiccinos and doggie muffins and even a coconut scented bubble bath just before being collected. Davey was happy and relaxed when I arrived. I thoroughly recommend Isabelle x”

About: I've been around dogs for as long as I can remember, growing up with them from birth and owning my own for the past 15 years. From the age of 10, I was walking dogs for neighbours and local families, which gave me early hands on experience and a real love of caring for dogs of all ages, breeds and personalities. I have trained a number of dogs including my own dogs and feel confident supporting a wide range of needs, from energetic puppies who need plenty of stimulation to older dogs who enjoy a gentler pace and extra cuddles. We are a very animal loving family made up of myself, my husband and our daughter, who has grown up around animals and understands how to be kind, gentle and respectful with them. Our home offers a genuine home from home environment where dogs are treated as part of the family. We share our home with Rosie, our 14 year old Collie x Poodle, Daisy, our 1 year old Labrador Retriever and our 16 year old Cat Bella who tends to keep herself to herself. As you'll see from the photos, they are very happy, friendly dogs and a huge part of our family. They both enjoy the company of other dogs and are used to sharing their space. We have a secure, good sized garden for safe outdoor play and love exploring the beautiful North Devon countryside, beaches and woodland walks. Whether your dog enjoys adventures, games or simply relaxing at home, we'll make sure they feel happy, comfortable and well cared for. Both my husband and I between us ensure one of us work from home each day of the week, which means dogs in our care have company and supervision for the vast majority of the day. Aside from short school runs or quick errands, someone is usually at home. If your dog is unable to be left alone, please get in touch as we can often accommodate this too. I know how important it is to feel completely confident that your pet is safe, happy and loved while you're away. Whether you're heading off on holiday, need regular daycare, or are visiting North Devon and want to enjoy an activity where dogs can't join, we would be delighted to help. Any dog staying with us will be treated as an honorary member of the family, with plenty of affection, attention and care. I'm also happy to provide regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your dog is having a wonderful time. As a dog owner, I use pet sitters myself when we travel, so I completely understand how difficult it can feel leaving your dog with someone new. I'm always happy to answer any questions and arrange a meet and greet so you can feel reassured that we're the right fit for your dog. I'm not the best at remembering to take photos of myself, but I've included some of our favourite pictures, along with our garden and a few snapshots from adventures with Rosie and Daisy. I hope they give you a feel for the happy, dog loving home we can offer. We both work from home, meaning your dog will have company and supervision for the vast majority of the time (around 95%), aside from short periods such as school runs or quick errands. We always prioritise being with any dog in our care, ensuring they feel settled, safe and never left for long periods. If they could not be left we can also work with this! I understand how important it is to feel your pet is safe and happy, whether you’re away on holiday or just need support during the day. If a working day our dogs get 2 - 3 walks a day from 30 minutes to 45 minutes in a range of different settings. We can meet any timetable for feeding required. I have a fenced garden and 2 friendly dogs that will support in keeping your pup entertained and engaged in games (they love tug of war and ball games!) and lots of cuddles and fuss throughout the day. We live in a quiet estate. We also can offer quiet area’s of the house if they need a little downtime to themselves where we can sit with them if required away from our pups.
“Natasja looked after our dog over the weekend and she was just fantastic. Super long walks and a lot of fuss. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I will definitely book again. I highly recommend Natasja.”

“Boo and Rob have a very calming energy which enabled Alpha to feel comfortable and settle in. He was able to socialise with other dogs they were boarding (pre-agreed) which was great for him, also. I received regular updates/pictures etc so I knew he was good. I highly recommend Boo, and I've already booked Alpha in with her again.”

“We would highly recommend Olivia. We left our puppy Cashew for a week and we were given daily updates including photos and videos. He is a 4 month old puppy, and so has plenty of energy. Olivia spent the time with him, adding to his training . We were worried that he was having so much fun with Olivia, Max and Ripley that he would not want to return home with us. Happy to say he settled quickly once home.”

“Our Deefer was so happy and relaxed as soon as walking into lees home. I got regular updates and Deefer was having lots of fun. Deefer will definetly be back again, highly recommend.”

“Conny was wonderful, we have never left Otto with anyone before so we were worried how he would be left and the fact he is only 12 months old and can be a handful. There was no need to worry at all Conny was brilliant with him and gave him 2/3 days full of adventures! He went on loads of lovely walks, on the beach through streams and had a lovely time playing and being totally spoilt! Conny sent so many lovely photos of what Otto was doing to keep our peace of mind, I’m surprise Otto wanted to come home! I absolutely recommend Conny to anyone looking! 🐾🐾”

When we went to collect him he was clearly happy and relaxed I really appreciated the photos that Laura sent through the evening which put my mind at rest. Thankyou Laura for a positive experience.”

“Our 12 year old Lurcher has been lucky enough to spend two holidays with Chatlotte and her wonderful family. They have been very sensitive to Loulou's needs and intergrated her into their warm, loving and calm home. They have taken care of her medical needs by administering cream to a sore patch. Charlotte offers a safe, reliable and highly recommended service, that is sensitive to your pets physical and mental needs. We won't hesitate to ask her to have Loulou to stay again.”

“Lucy and Jack were awesome. Milo was super happy and relaxed at there home. He’s an old boy and very set in his ways and has diet issues. Lucy and Jack took it in their stride. Lucy kept us up to date with messages and pictures which was reassuring. Can’t praise them enough. We will definitely be using again. Thanks again to Lucy, Jack and family from all of us xxx”

About: I can offer loving and fun one to one care of your pet in your home. I had my own dog until a year ago - from a puppy to 17 years old! So experienced in all ages. You can be assured that your pet will have all my attention. I work flexibly part time remotely with occasional telephone calls of no more than an hour. I offer beach and country walks either on or off the lead. I only take one dog at a time (or multiple dogs if from that same family) so I can give them all my attention.

“Runa had the best time with Dale and Rex! At such short notice I couldn’t have asked for better care for Runa during the heatwave. Dale was so good with her and made sure to keep her cool with access to the paddling pool and lots of water and shade. She had a blast with her new best buddy Rex. Thanks so much Dale! Would highly recommend and would certainly use again! Runa had a gorgeous time x”

She gave me updates on Bobby's visit and I had no doubts she looked after our dog to the very best of her ability, with lots of care and attention. I will most definitely use chloe again as Bobby loved his first stay with her. Thanks again chloe 😁”
About: I have a lifetime of experience with animals, especially dogs and cats, as I grew up with a highly intelligent German Shepherd who was my family. Since then, I’ve had the chance to care for many different breeds - Border Collies, Retrievers, Dachshunds, Samoyed, English Spaniels/Cocker Spaniels, Boston Terriers, Toy Poodles, Cockapoos, French Bulldogs, Mastiffs, Pomeranians, Goldendoodles, Wire Fox Terriers, Pugs, and of course Shepherds, as well as many cats, giving me years of hands-on pet care experience. I’ve also spent time walking and playing with dogs at a shelter (many wonderful mixed breeds), so I understand how to care for pets with different temperaments, energy levels, and needs. Since moving to the UK, I don’t have pets of my own yet, so it would be an absolute pleasure to care for yours! Whether it’s puppy care, playtime, walks, or simply keeping your pet company, I’m here to provide loving, attentive, and responsible care. I have a flexible schedule as I work from home, which allows me to be available any day of the week for pet care. Your pet will never be left alone for long, and I can easily adjust to their routine. I provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for pets, whether in my home or yours. I live on a farm with plenty of open space for dogs to walk, run, and play freely. If caring for pets in their owner's home, I ensure they feel secure and relaxed by sticking to their familiar routines, giving them plenty of attention, and making sure they are always well-fed, exercised, and cared for. Their happiness and well-being are my top priorities! 🐾

“Michael’s family are so in love with dogs that it’s clear to see from the second we Winnie entered their home. We were at a wedding and so naturally nervous about leaving our little girl for the whole day, but we had regular updates, pictures and stories. Winnie even got to enjoy a trip to the beach! About: I have always had a profound love for all animals, especially dogs and a passion to look after them. I have had a variety of animals around me my whole life and I am experienced in caring for all breeds dogs. I would love to help someone out who has work commitments or deserves a holiday/break by looking after their fur child, I would ensure they have lots of love, cuddles, walks and attention. I live in Exeter and work from home so can be very flexible around your schedule and adapt to your pets requirements where needed. I have a Cavalier King Charles called Ruby who would love a play date or a walking buddy! Ruby is brilliant with children and a registered therapy dog. I have years of experience caring for a variety of animals, so you can trust me to provide the highest standard of care to your pet. I'm passionate about animals and I'll do everything I can to ensure that they're healthy and happy.
“Liv is absolutely incredible, we are so lucky to have found her for looking after Arlo. We needed a sitter last minute for Arlo and Liv was able to have him for the day. She is so brilliant with him, and her dog Ripley is incredibly tolerant and kind with my very playful and can be annoying dog! We have booked Liv already for our holiday and weekend away this year, Arlo is so happy there and we get lots of lovely videos of him playing and snuggling up for a nap! Would 100% recommend Liv, Max and Ripley, we are so glad we found them.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is a lifelong love of dogs, having grown up surrounded by pups of all shapes and sizes, from tiny lap dogs to big goofy gentle giants. That experience only grew stronger at home with my own crazy, lovable German Shorthaired Pointer, Bear, who keeps life full of energy, chaos, and laughs. I bring that same mix of care, patience, and playful enthusiasm to every dog I look after—treating each one like part of the family, celebrating every zoomie, and making sure tails are wagging from start to finish. A typical day for me is a cosy mix of stay-at-home mum life with my one year old little boy and Bear, who both believe every morning should start with enthusiasm, noise, and absolutely no lie-ins. My day usually flows between naps, snacks, laundry, and the usual mum multitasking—always with Bear right in the middle of it all, supervising like she runs the household. Walks, playtime, and little pockets of chaos are woven through the day, whether it’s a quick dash outside with Bear or an impromptu zoomie session in the garden. Evenings are for winding down with family time, a tired but happy dog, and that comforting kind of chaos that comes with a full, love-filled home. I’m also available at weekends, offering the same care, cuddles, and cheerful chaos—perfect for when your dog needs a little extra love while you’re away or busy. When caring for pets in my home, their safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priority. I make sure my home is fully pet-friendly and secure, with anything potentially harmful safely out of reach and doors, gates, and bins properly secured. I create a warm, cosy space where dogs can relax and feel completely at home, with fresh water always available and a quiet spot if they need a break from all the excitement. Our days are a happy mix of walks, playtime, and cuddles, along with life at home playing alongside my 1-year-old little boy—so there’s always a bit of extra giggles, gentle chaos, and lots of love to go around. I follow a calm, consistent routine so every dog feels settled and secure, and I always keep a close eye on them as they become part of our little family. With plenty of care, attention, and a home full of warmth (and wagging tails), I aim to make every dog feel safe, happy, and completely adored while in my care. 🐾💛
“It was the first time I left my 14 week puppy with someone else and Lucy couldn't do more to welcome her in. She sent regular photos updates and I had a very happy puppy to take home. Thank you to both Lucy and her family for taking great care of Josie!”

About: I trained me Sprocker Spaniel who is still a puppy. This involved basic commands and recall. He is well behaved, well socialised and a happy dog :) I run my own business so have good flexibility during the week and at weekends. I won't be out for more than 3 to 4 hours and I can walk, feed and socialise them inbetween. I will be there to look over them most of the day..I may leave for 3 to 4 hours but will make sure they've been walked and fed before so.
“An absolute 5-star experience! Having recently moved to the Bodmin area, it was incredibly daunting to look for a new sitter for our beloved and pampered dog, Barley. However, meeting Terry and Susan (Megan's parents) beforehand completely put our minds at ease as they would be looking after him on the day. Barley spent the day with them yesterday whilst we attended our daughter's graduation in Exeter, and we could not have asked for better care. They looked after him brilliantly, treated him like one of the family, and sent us lovely picture updates which we really appreciated. Terry and Susan made us feel so comfortable and reassured from start to finish. Barley loved his cuddles with Terry (The Dog Whisperer). We are incredibly grateful to have found such caring, trustworthy sitters locally and will definitely be booking with them again!”

About: Hi, I’m Lilly. I am a dedicated dog lover with a lifestyle built around canine companionship and outdoor adventure. My fiancée and I are proud owners of two high-energy pups, including a eighteen month old Cockapoo named Maple and an eight month old Cocker Spaniel called Edward. I am specifically looking for energetic dogs who love to get outside and stay active. Because I do not have children in my home, I offer a calm and focused environment which is perfect for owners who may be concerned about their dog’s behavior around kids. I also have a secure outside space available for any borrowed dogs to enjoy during their time with me. I have significant experience working with reactive dogs and am more than happy to take on clientele with specific behavioral needs. I only ask for an honest heads-up in advance so I can prepare the best possible experience for them. I am a firm believer in being fully prepared, so I always provide my own stash of poo bags and high-quality healthy treats if your pup is allowed to have them. I am generally available for walks throughout the day and evening on weekdays and look forward to meeting your four-legged friend. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule that allows me to easily prioritize your dog’s walking needs throughout the week. While my availability can vary slightly from week to week, I am generally available for daytime and evening walks on weekdays. Please feel free to enquire about your specific requirements and I will do my best to set up a routine that works perfectly for you and your pet. I take your instructions very seriously and will follow your specific care plan to a tee. Whether it involves specific feed times, designated play styles, or nap routines, I am happy to maintain the structure your dog is used to. I am a proactive communicator and will always ask clarifying questions to ensure your dog stays safe, happy, and comfortable while in my care.

I'm up for a cosy day relaxing with them or I can be outdoorsy and love to adventure so would love to take more paws to explore. 🐾 I currently have plenty of free time and would like to pour that energy into something I love, so I can be flexable any day of the week. 🐾 I am a clean, tidy and respectful person so you can trust that I will leave your home as I find it. I would give as much love and care as possible on my visits, sits and walks; they will get given lots of attention, treats, time to go outside aswell as play time while following any instructions or guidence you leave me to make them feel most relaxed and content in my care. I would enjoy meeting you and your pets before the drop in, walks or sits so we can get to know eachother a bit more and make everyone more comfortable 😊

“Tracie and Sarah are incredible. They were amazing with my puppy Dotty. There were patiant with her and really looked after her as if she were their own. I had regular updates through messages and photos. And was a home away from home for Dotty. I will be using Tracie and Sarah again when I need to. Thank you guys sooo much”

“It was my first experience with Rover and I’m so glad I did. Harriet was excellent, I had text and video reports showing Jago having a wonderful time. I highly recommend Rover, especially Harriet”

Lee shows genuine care and love to the dogs and I felt so happy knowing my baby was not only taken care of but enjoying his time. A really friendly lovely man.

“Thanks so much Bob! Amber had a fantastic stay with you, I don’t think she wanted to come home 😂 highly recommend, there was loads of garden and fields to run around, I had regular updates and photos. Will definitely be booking again”

“Micheal was the perfect person for Rosie and she had a great stay. He sent lots of updates and videos telling us what a good time she was having. Micheal loves animals and it really show, Rosie loved him. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you Micheal for everything, we could be away knowing Rosie was in the best hands”

“I was worried about Winston going away as he rarely goes anywhere. Mark and Fee allowed us to visit first and made me feel far more relaxed and reassured. Winston was more than happy to stay with them and calm and happy when we picked him up. They updated me to let me know he was ok. Highly recommended, thanks Mark”

“Finn had the best stay with Millie, Dan and Cody. We were a bit nervous leaving him as he can be a bit nervous with strangers, but he settled in really well. We received lots of photos of him having a great time which put our minds at ease! We would not hesitate to leave Finn with Amelia again in the future :)”

“Victoria looked after our dog Otto this weekend. He has stayed with her once before and always has the best time! It's so nice for us to see Otto excited to see Victoria again and for us to be able to relax knowing that he is being well looked after.”
