“Gemma was very helpful and accommodating with our request to take care of our dog while we were away. Planning the stay was straightforward. When we arrived, Gemma introduced us to her family and gave us a tour of the house and garden, making sure we felt comfortable with the environment our dog would be in. We received regular photo updates, which we thoroughly enjoyed. When the time came to pick up our dog, he initially didn’t even want to leave. Can there be any more genuine feedback? Overall, it was a very pleasant and welcoming experience—highly recommended!”
