He's an anxious border collie, but they took all his "foibles" into their plans, and made sure he was always happy. We had regular updates & some lovely photos. He got 10/10 on his end of stay report - lots of positive feedback! Ros & Charles have a wonderfully safe enclosed garden, and live on a nice quiet road, so it was perfect for Jack. I’ve moved over from Jersey and miss having doggy company! Love the chance to care for and spoil some pups again! I can work from home and my hours are flexible to work around the pups needs when doing so! Plus I already require daily walks myself 😆 I’m afraid I can’t commit to open ended repeat walks/visits as availability fluctuates so requests would require an end date. Also for bookings much further away I may need to add a couple quid to the rate just to cover my travel (as Rover takes a fair bit!) but that can be discussed on a case by case basis :) I treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in visit, or staying at your home, I’ll stick to their usual routine, give them plenty of attention, and make sure they’re well cared for. On walks, I keep things safe and go at their pace. My goal is to make sure your pet feels relaxed and loved until you’re back, tailoring to their individual needs! For stays in my own home, I should note that I have a housemate so it wouldn’t just be me around the dog.

About: I grew up with flat coated retrievers and took responsibility for a lot of their walking, feeding and grooming, so I have a lot of experience with medium/large dogs with lots of energy. I currently have two fur babies of my own, a wonderful pair of (almost too) friendly flat coated retrievers who keep me on my toes. I'm used to managing their cheeky personalities, exercise requirements and need for love and cuddles. I have a little informal experience dog sitting having looked after other peoples dogs in my house a couple of times in the past. I predominantly work from home but with occasional work travel so I entirely understand how important it is to feel confident and comfortable leaving your beloved dogs with someone else. I work largely from home and have two dogs of my own. Mine get fed three times a day. We typically go out 3 times a day (morning and evening sniffy lead walks) and a lunchtime or straight after work off lead romp in the nearby fields and woodland. I can accommodate boarding when I'm not required to travel for work myself (see availability. Other commitments permitting I can offer weekend day care. I have two of my own very friendly dogs so your pet will have company even when I'm busy at my desk. I have a securely fenced garden with easy access to a communal field directly to the rear of my house for short romps. There are also a lot of walks around me for off-lead (if appropriate) exploring which great sniffs and space to run off their energy. I have space to accommodate a crate if you prefer your dog to be crated. I can also arrange for your dog to be separated from my own overnight or they can enjoy the sleep over with company.

About: I don’t have my own cat (yet! It’s on the plans), but have looked after my mom’s 2 cats for the last 12 years. One of them became more attached to me than my mom, but she fits well with her friend so I never took her home with me when I moved out. Cats are easily misunderstood, but I find them just as warm and special, since they choose which human deserves their love and when they’re willing to show it <3

I’ve been caring for dogs professionally for over 8 years through my own dog-care business, so your dog will be in experienced and caring hands. I have experience with dogs of all ages and backgrounds, including puppies, senior dogs, rescue dogs and dogs with behavioural needs. While I’m not a dog trainer, I’m experienced in managing different personalities and will always follow your instructions and routines to make sure your dog is comfortable and well cared for. About: I’ve grown up with dogs for as long as I can remember, labs, boxers, pointers, golden doodles. I currently own a small sprocker called Daisy, she’s a typical mischievous spaniel! We had all those dogs from pups, so know how to look after young dogs as well as old dogs, our labs lived to be 15! I’m currently working from home, as is my husband. I love it as it means I get to spend more time with Daisy! But I’m home every day, and my husband is home 3 days a week :) We have a large garden which runs around the house, it is completely fenced off and safe. If Daisy the spaniel hasn’t found a way out I’m not sure any dog will! There’s lots of plants and hiding spots for sniffing!

My family, both immediate and extended, has always kept dogs and I've always made it my mission to have a good rapport with them. I have a totally enclosed garden and live very close to Cramlington Nature Reserve and a multitude of other walking paths. Working with the RSPCA I cared for animals with a variety of behavioural issues. I have also cared for my own dogs, cats and Guinea pigs throughout my life. I currently have 1 small dog who gets on well with other dogs. When dog walking, I can walk dogs together or separately depending on your preference. About: I'm a 22-year-old dog lover and I've been looking after dogs all my life! I have a long term dog I babysit! A gorgeous 7 year old beagle spaniel cross called "Dennis." I have lots of references- especially Dennis' mum and dad and I have special training in anxious pups, overly active pups and training in senior doggies! I'm great with puppies too and I'm very active myself so they'll be getting that 'wearing -out' walk they deserve! I'm currently working part time but I'm available early mornings all week until around 10.30 am every day apart from Wednesdays. About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was a baby. Growing up my grandparents also owned parrots, bunnies, dogs of all sizes, cats, tortoises, fish, you name it…my parents always had dogs and cats. I also owned a dog for 11 years. I feel most comfortable around animals :) Being an older sister of 3, I grew up being the responsible one, caretaker and I’d also walk the dogs, train them, feed them and help my parents in any way I could. When I adopted my first own dog, I learned how much love I have to give and how much responsibility it takes to look after a furbaby. He was very anxious and reactive, so it was 11 years of learning and challenges, but he was the sweetest and goodest boy, right up until the end. I’m currently working full-time. For now I’m looking to combine my love for animals and building up a side income during my free time. I’m happy to look after and walk your pets during my free time on the weekends. I can drive which allows me to get to places a bit further out. I cannot have pets in my own home sadly. However, I’m happy to come in and check on your kitten or pooch while you’re away. I can also pet sit if needed and play with, feed and walk your dogs. I can also train and teach your dog (or cat, if they feel like it haha) some tricks. Work on their confidence by using gentle rewards and lots of patience on their walks. I have experience with reactive dogs and I know how important it is to maintain comfort and special care for the sensitive pups.
About: I have been raised around pets my entire life, and am confident in my ability to care for them. I have cared for both family and friends' pets in the past when needed, and now have my own. He's an anxious border collie, but they took all his "foibles" into their plans, and made sure he was always happy. We had regular updates & some lovely photos. He got 10/10 on his end of stay report - lots of positive feedback! Ros & Charles have a wonderfully safe enclosed garden, and live on a nice quiet road, so it was perfect for Jack. About: Been around dogs most of my life:) Cared for a range including Golden retrievers, Cavapoos, Huskies, Malamutes, Border Collies, Daschunds, Pugs & Frenchies. I’ve moved over from Jersey and miss having doggy company! Love the chance to care for and spoil some pups again! I can work from home and my hours are flexible to work around the pups needs when doing so! Plus I already require daily walks myself 😆 I’m afraid I can’t commit to open ended repeat walks/visits as availability fluctuates so requests would require an end date. Also for bookings much further away I may need to add a couple quid to the rate just to cover my travel (as Rover takes a fair bit!) but that can be discussed on a case by case basis :) I treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in visit, or staying at your home, I’ll stick to their usual routine, give them plenty of attention, and make sure they’re well cared for. On walks, I keep things safe and go at their pace. My goal is to make sure your pet feels relaxed and loved until you’re back, tailoring to their individual needs! For stays in my own home, I should note that I have a housemate so it wouldn’t just be me around the dog.

About: I grew up with flat coated retrievers and took responsibility for a lot of their walking, feeding and grooming, so I have a lot of experience with medium/large dogs with lots of energy. I currently have two fur babies of my own, a wonderful pair of (almost too) friendly flat coated retrievers who keep me on my toes. I'm used to managing their cheeky personalities, exercise requirements and need for love and cuddles. I have a little informal experience dog sitting having looked after other peoples dogs in my house a couple of times in the past. I predominantly work from home but with occasional work travel so I entirely understand how important it is to feel confident and comfortable leaving your beloved dogs with someone else. I work largely from home and have two dogs of my own. Mine get fed three times a day. We typically go out 3 times a day (morning and evening sniffy lead walks) and a lunchtime or straight after work off lead romp in the nearby fields and woodland. I can accommodate boarding when I'm not required to travel for work myself (see availability. Other commitments permitting I can offer weekend day care. I have two of my own very friendly dogs so your pet will have company even when I'm busy at my desk. I have a securely fenced garden with easy access to a communal field directly to the rear of my house for short romps. There are also a lot of walks around me for off-lead (if appropriate) exploring which great sniffs and space to run off their energy. I have space to accommodate a crate if you prefer your dog to be crated. I can also arrange for your dog to be separated from my own overnight or they can enjoy the sleep over with company.

About: I have had cats and dogs since a very early age. I love caring for them and letting them have fun. Very reliable person and our home is right next to great woods and river walks. We have a cat and Labrador I currently only work a few weeks per year on site and the rest a few hours per day at home so have a lot of spare time. We have a very secure nice sized back garden and a big kitchen where our dog sleeps. The pets are allowed anywhere in the house and we love regular walks.
