Served in the elegant drawing room, this indulgent treat costs £25 per dog, and an additional £6 if they’re giving you a look that says they want to throw caution to the wind and order some rosé or white “Pawsecco”. You didn’t think it was possible but cocktail time just got about 10 times more fun. At The Park Lane Hotel’s chic Smith & Whistle bar dogs are joining in on the revelry. Earlier this year, the bar’s mixology team combined forces with a specialist canine nutritionist to create London’s first drinks menu made entirely for canine consumption. Dogs can enjoy a specially brewed dog beer, a “Pawsecco” infusion, a Poochie Colada (a refreshing blend of coconut water, kale and broccoli), or a G&T: Ginger Tails (a herby tonic with a touch of ginger). The tasty yet nutritious concoctions are best enjoyed after a walk in Green Park opposite the hotel. Owners can look forward to quaffing British craft beers, fine wines, and expertly crafted cocktails, and tucking into top-notch gourmet pub grub like grilled sirloin steak sandwiches, IPA-battered cod, and slow-cooked pork belly.

London has 7 branches of Shake Shack and everyone of them welcomes dogs with open arms. Famous for its burgers, fries, and of course, its milkshakes, the shack also has a whole menu just for dogs. The pièce de résistance is its “Pooch-ini”—a dog-friendly vanilla custard with peanut butter sauce and a red velvet dog biscuit made by Bocce’s Bakery. It’s too big for small dogs so just let them have a lick or two. It looks so good we seriously wouldn’t blame you if you wanted to finish it off. If you’re looking for Michelin-worthy food, award-winning wines and a chance to have brunch with your dog you won’t do better than M Victoria Street. Every Saturday both you and your dog can enjoy a 2-course brunch menu that’s suitable for humans and dogs. It costs £35 (£5 of which is donated to a canine charity) and includes bacon and peanut butter cookies, and dried chicken livers for your furry dining partner. A few times a year, M even throws special events like pool parties for dogs and Valentines Day doggy speed dating. These include a delicious 2-course meal for your dog. On the first Saturday of every month executive chef Michael Reid hosts a “cook for your dog” masterclass during which owners are taught how to create nutritious and tasty meals for their dogs at home.
