Each member is committed to improving the quality of life for dogs and cats through education and awareness.
Rover has partnered with these specialists across various regions and from a wide range of fields related to pet care to provide pet parents with answers to their everyday care questions. Our panelists offer expert guidance and advice on a variety of topics, including training, health and wellbeing, pet safety, product recommendations, and more.

Nicole Ellis
Certified Professional Dog Trainer
Nicole is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), an American Kennel Club CGC evaluator, and an APDT trainer. Using positive reinforcement methods, Nicole has trained hundreds of animals, from basic behaviour and puppy manners to trick training, therapy work, and service dog training. Nicole believes that with love and positive reinforcement, any dog can be trained.
With over 15 years of animal training experience, Nicole works with everything from bears to tigers to horses, cats, and dogs. Her dog, Maggie, was adopted from a city shelter and has appeared in films and commercials, visited hospitals, put on shows, conducted demonstrations, and knows over 100 commands, ranging from skateboarding to handstands. Nicole and Maggie have featured on programmes such as The Today Show, ABC, NBC, Nightline, and more.
Nicole is also the author of Working Like A Dog, which offers a glimpse into the world of working animals. She loves to travel, discover new places, ride mischievous ponies, and work towards changing the world with Maggie by her side.


Adem Fehmi
Canine Behaviourist
Adem Fehmi is a certified Canine Behaviourist and Trainer. His passion is helping people understand their dogs and helping dogs understand their humans! With his intuitive ability to read dogs, Adem’s modern approach and clear explanations help bridge the communication gap between owners and their dogs. Adem works across the UK and is the owner of a busy dog behaviour and training centre, one of the largest in the country.
He has appeared on both TV and radio and has contributed his professional opinion and expertise to various national newspapers and online media. In March 2020, Adem was the official Behaviourist for Channel 4’s world-renowned Crufts dog show. Other commitments include attending live events such as DogFest and BBC CountryFile Live, where Adem conducts live demonstrations on stage and educates the audience on how to understand their four-legged best friends.
He offers both one-to-one training and group sessions, depending on the needs of the case at hand. Adem’s aim is to help as many people as possible enjoy their dogs and, in turn, help as many dogs enjoy their humans.


Dr. Rebecca Greenstein
Veterinary Expert
Dr. Rebecca Greenstein, B.Sc., D.V.M., completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Ontario before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ontario Veterinary College. Upon graduation, she underwent advanced training with consecutive internships at the renowned Veterinary Emergency Clinic and Referral Centre in downtown Toronto, Canada. While training to be a full-time surgeon, Dr. Rebecca found her calling as an ER doctor. After spending almost a decade caring for thousands of sick and injured pets as Chief Emergency Veterinarian, she moved away from emergency care to take on the role of Chief Veterinarian and practice owner at Kleinburg Veterinary Hospital in 2018. Under her leadership, Kleinburg Veterinary Hospital has won awards and built a reputation for exceptional veterinary care, with a focus on wellness and compassion.
In addition to caring for her four-legged patients, Dr. Rebecca regularly appears on national TV, radio, and in magazines as a guest vet expert. You may have seen her on TV as the resident Veterinary Medical Expert on CTV’s The Social and Your Morning. She has been featured in articles for Glamour, PetMD, Business Insider, HowStuffWorks, Weight Watchers, Yahoo, and Narcity, to name a few. Dr. Rebecca joined Rover’s Dog People Panel as their Veterinary Medical Advisor, sharing the vision of making the lives of pets and pet parents happier and healthier.


Philip Tedeschi
Professor and Researcher on the Human-Animal Bond
Philip Tedeschi is the Director Emeritus and founder of the Institute for Human-Animal Connection. Dr. Tedeschi is also a clinical professor at the Graduate School of Social Work and an affiliated faculty member with the University of Denver’s Animal Law Programme.
He teaches on the Human-Animal-Environmental Interaction Certificate for Master of Social Work students, exploring the intricate relationship between people, domestic and wild animals, and the natural world. Tedeschi’s research, scholarship, teaching, and community practice work have focused on issues of social and interspecies justice, global perspectives on human-animal interactions, conservation social work, and human ecology. He specialises in the bio-affiliative connection between people and animals, the health-promoting potential of human-animal and nature interactions, trauma-informed care, and the causes of maltreatment of people and other non-human animals.


Andrea Woroch
Finance Expert
Andrea Woroch is a nationally-recognised savings and budgeting expert, writer, and regular on-air contributor, helping families find simple ways to save money for over a decade.
As a sought-after source on all things finance and savings, Andrea has appeared on hundreds of popular shows, including This Morning, Good Morning Britain, and NBC Nightly News.
Her advice and articles have been featured in The New York Times, Money, Cosmopolitan, Forbes, and many more. Andrea serves on the Financial Review Board at BankRate.com and is a member of the SmartMoneySquad at GOBankingRates.com. She was recently named one of the top 100 mums of 2021 by Modern Mom. When Andrea isn’t helping others manage their money, she’s busy balancing her own family budget and chasing after her two young daughters.


Dr. Mikel Delgado
Cat Expert
Dr. Mikel Maria Delgado is a Certified Applied Animal Behaviourist. As a Certified Cat Behaviour Consultant, she has been working with cats for over 20 years. She offers cat behaviour consulting through Feline Minds and is currently the Standards & Research Lead at Good Dog.
She completed her PhD at the University of California, Berkeley, and was a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California, Davis. Here, she researched the health and behaviour of orphaned neonatal kittens and cats in multi-cat households. Alongside Jackson Galaxy, Dr. Delgado co-authored the 2017 book Total Cat Mojo. Additionally, Dr. Delgado has published her research in several academic journals.
Mikel is a Certified Applied Animal Behaviourist (Animal Behaviour Society), a Certified Cat Behaviour Consultant (International Association of Animal Behaviour Consultants), and an Affiliate Member of the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behaviour. She now lives in Sacramento, California, with her boyfriend Scott (a cat-loving CPA) and their three rescue cats.


Thierry Bedossa, DVM
Veterinary Expert
Thierry Bedossa is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, a graduate of the National Veterinary School of Maisons-Alfort (ENVA). He currently practices at the Pont de Neuilly Veterinary Clinic. In partnership with Dr. Bruno David Benaim, he owns the Pont de Neuilly Veterinary Clinics (Neuilly-sur-Seine), Championnet (Paris 18th), and Itivet Paris (a specialised referral clinic for surgery and imaging in Neuilly-sur-Seine).
A committed veterinarian, he served as a board member of the Société Protectrice des Animaux (French Society for the Protection of Animals) for four years. He is also the founder and president of the AVA – Agir pour la Vie Animale (Act for Animal Life) association.
He has studied and worked in Canada, the United States, Turkey, and Yugoslavia before establishing himself in France as a clinical practitioner.
Thierry Bedossa has served as a professional trainer in numerous agricultural schools specialising in dog and cat professions. He has also taught courses and led seminars in ethology and zootechnics at the National Veterinary School of Alfort, where he practised behavioural medicine for 20 years.
The author of several books, he frequently appears on various radio and TV programmes as a practising veterinarian and behavioural medicine expert.
He co-founded the training centre for professions related to companion animals, Animal University, and manages the “holiday camp” K6 boarding facility for dogs and cats in Normandy.
