“Let me preface this review with the fact that we are "those" dog people; we generally fly with our baby when we can and give her the best care possible. There are not enough awesome things I can say about LeNai, Deja and the whole crew. This was our first visit, we've been using a popular commercial dog-sitting service for the last 5-years in WeHo, but we thought it might better for Shyla to stay somewhere more personable. Having said that, we were a bit nervous taking her somewhere new. After the initial visit my concerns were drastically reduced; Deja was professional, intuitive and clearly a dog-lover. Not in a mushy/cutesy kinda way, but in an experienced, knows-her-shit kinda way. Once the visit started, we were constantly updated with videos and pictures, so much so I actually felt bad for them. They picked up on the fact I was a bit nervous about Shyla drinking water since she can be a bit picky, and sent pics without me asking. They even let me know when Shyla threw up after eating some grass, which is normal for her, but they didn't need to tell me that and I would have never known. It's that kind of communication that develops trust, which is the ultimate currency in these relationships. The proof was in the pudding. When I picked up Shyla after 5-days, it was the most anti-climatic reunion ever. My girl. who usually tackles me and pees with excitement, was just like, "what's up dad?" and then jumped back up on the sofa. I think she got more attention with LeNai than she does at home, got to play with a lot of dogs and people and had an amazing time. I could go on and on, but this is getting ridiculously long. Trust your dog with LeNai, you and your pooch won't regret it.”
