Over: Mijn naam is Yael, 33 jaar oud en woon met mijn vriend Reno en jonge kinderen (4 en 2 jaar) in Gouderak. Wij hebben zelf een dwergkees van 6 jaar en een paar kippen (deze zijn afgesloten van de tuin). Rox houdt niet van al te drukke honden dus het liefst wat rustigere honden :). We hebben een grote tuin met een afgesloten hek waar ze heerlijk kunnen spelen en omdat ik thuis werk is hier altijd wel iemand thuis! Omdat wij jonge kinderen hebben is het belangrijk dat je hond goed met kinderen overweg kan. Ze weten dat ze geen honden moeten optillen en kunnen er zelf goed mee omgaan. Over: When I was eight years old, my mother adopted a small stray dog, and I have been taking care of him ever since. We grew up together. As a student with a light class schedule, I have a lot of free time that’s also very flexible. I’m available for early morning walks, afternoon play sessions, and even last-minute pet-sitting requests. I currently live in a small apartment in the city center. It's conveniently located, and I don't have any pets or children, so it's suitable for a small dog.

Over: Hoi! Ik ben Layla en ik woon samen met mijn vriend, zoontjes en poes Fajah in Rotterdam Nesselande. Ik werk als Visual Merchandiser bij IKEA. Fajah woont nu bijna 6 jaar bij ons. Ze was oorspronkelijk van onze buren, maar zat eigenlijk 80% van de tijd bij ons binnen. Toen de buren besloten te gaan verhuizen vroegen zij of we Fajah wilden overnemen en zo gezegd, zo gedaan. Ze is een lekker eigenwijze toevoeging aan ons huishouden. Ik merk wel dat het lastig is om af en toe een oppas voor haar te regelen, daarom vind ik dit initiatief top! Ik zou anderen daar graag bij helpen. En ik zal dan ook op verzoek dagelijks een update geven over hoe het gaat, met foto’s/ filmpjes. Ik sta ook open voor het water geven van plantjes en het opruimen van de post. Mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar 1x per dag bezoeken ivm mijn werk verder van huis. Maar het is op bepaalde dagen wel bespreekbaar. Medicatie wil ik best toedienen, mits dit via het voer kan. Nou Hopenlijk tot snel! 😊
Over: Hallo ik ben Linh en ben gek op dieren, door op te passen op jouw hond of kat maak je mij heel blij. Omdat ik zelf momenteel geen huisdieren heb maar wel de behoefte aan gezelschap van dieren leek het mij een win-win situatie om mijzelf hier beschikbaar te stellen om op huisdieren te passen. Ik heb altijd huisdieren om mij heen gehad in mijn ouderlijk huis dus ik weet goed hoe om te gaan met ze, ook heb ik veel geduld en heb ik een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, ik behandel dieren alsof het mijn eigen kinderen zouden zijn. Ik ben erg geduldig en kan goed de energie van mens en dier aanvoelen. Vrienden en familie zouden mij omschrijven als lief, geduldig en zorgzaam. Ik heb ervaring met zowel katten als honden maar ook kleine knaagdieren, reptielen en vogels, alle dieren zijn in principe welkom. Wij wonen in een rijtjeshuis van 143 vierkantemeter met tuin, in de omgeving is veel groen waar ook genoeg uitlaat plaatsen zijn, dit betekend dat er korte maar ook lange wandelingen gemaakt kunnen worden. By taking care of other dogs for shorter periods of time, I am hoping that I can share some love and make new (pet) friends. I normally work from home three days a week. Over: I've taken care of dogs back home since I was little, be it family or friends dogs. In Rotterdam I also started walking dogs through other platforms. I'm currently a 1st year psychology student at Erasmus, so I have a pretty flexible schedule, with 3 or 4 days off a week where I can watch or walk any pet. I am a friendly dog sitter in Rotterdam, I have always watched my friends and families dogs throughout my life and am always excited to have a furry friend around the house :) I work in Rotterdam in the Hofbogen with only my boyfriend (added him in the pictures too, big dog lover and had dogs in his youth) in a nice studio where they are free to roam around if they wish, and I can take them for walks whenever they want. At home, 10min walk from the studio, I have a medium sized house with a big high-fenced garden where they can hang in the sun! I am a fit woman and can go for runs and walks with the dogs and am available to them 24/7 when sitting! During the day I work as a freelancer at a photography agency in Rotterdam, where I am only with my boyfriend who I work with! It is a big office space where the dogs are free to hang around and play a bit in, I am also always available for walks during "office time". I can pretty much plan my day however I want. I can also stay working from home if needed. Work is a 10min walk from my house in Oude Noorden. I am as flexible as needed and we can arrange it in many different ways. At home at night I am completely free and can do whatever I want. They can also sleep close to me if needed. I am available to the dog 24/7. I will not leave the dog alone unnecessarily, and only if it's ok with the owner. I will always take care of enough water to drink and a cool environment. I can go for walks whenever necessary and will keep them on their leash at all times during the walks. We will previously discuss any needs the dog may have.

Ondertussen heb ik een eigen hond samen met mijn partner Sil, Frida een border collie. Samen trekken we er graag op uit, de natuur in om te wandelen. Als uw huisdier bij ons thuis verblijft dan delen ik en mijn partner de zorg over uw dier. Sil heeft veel ervaring met veel verschillende honden, heeft bij een hondenschool en dagopvang gewerkt. Of uw huisdier jong of oud is, of op een andere manier speciale aandacht nodig heeft, dat is geen enkel probleem. Momenteel studeer ik, daarnaast heb ik genoeg tijd om voor uw huisdier te zorgen, en anders springt mijn partner bij als het nodig is. We wandelen meerdere keren per dag met onze hond Frida dus als het te combineren valt is helemaal mooi meegenomen. En om voor katten in hun eigen woonomgeving te verzorgen is altijd mogelijk. We wonen op de eerste etage in een mooie groene buurt, de balkonzijde van de woning is heel rustig en zonnig. We zijn flexibel en kijken naar wat uw huisdier nodig heeft, en wat goed is voor hem/haar.

For their safety, I highly recommend crating puppies under 2 years old and any dog with a pattern of chewing or swallowing household items (remotes, pillows, etc.) when you are not home. Crate-trained pets will be crated per the owner’s instructions. Having an 11-year-old husky means I have had my fair share of experience with unexpected veterinary visits and emergencies. I am comfortable communicating symptoms to veterinary professionals with thorough details as needed. I have years of experience monitoring pets’ symptoms when they are sick, providing at home first aid, and acting quickly when additional care is needed. Veterinary Care & Emergency Transport Policy: While veterinary care and especially emergency veterinary care is a rare circumstance of a booking, pets can be unpredictable. When a medical facility advises veterinary care based on a description of symptoms over the phone, pet sitter will advise seeking veterinary care. If pet owner objects to seeking veterinary care when medically necessary, pet owner will be responsible for either taking over care of their pet themselves or securing a different caregiver expeditiously. To ensure the pet sitter is adequately compensated in extenuating circumstances, please be advised that for any unexpected or emergency travel or transport, pet sitter will provide receipts and apply a charge for reimbursement of costs incurred to your booking. An additional charge will also be applied to the cost of your booking at an hourly rate starting at the time of departure to the vet and ending at the time of either arrival to your home or, if your pet is required to stay at the vet, departure from the vet + time it takes to travel to the pet sitter’s home from the vet. Growing up surrounded by dogs and cats, I’ve always had a deep love for animals and cared for them. Later, having dogs and cats of my own further strengthened my bond with them. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, whether it's playing, running, or simply being active together. Watching them happy and well-cared for brings me both energy and fulfillment! Over: Hi! I'm David and I am a dog dad to 11-year-old Siberian Husky, Luna. My wife and I got her as a puppy and have raised her to be a sweet, energetic dog who loves all kinds of people and other dogs. We started out in Brooklyn, NY where we used to take long walks around Prospect Park. Then, we moved to Venice, CA and loved exploring the west side together - especially meeting all kinds of new pups and people on our walks around Venice Beach! Over the years, I have walked and stayed overnight with friends' and neighbors' dogs on several occasions including a beagle, a husky and a golden retriever. I also grew up with a golden retriever, who I loved to play with and walk around the neighborhood. Now we are located in The Hague near many parks, the beach and forest. My wife also started sitting through Rover years ago and I have met and hung out with almost all of her pups including senior pups, puppies, and all different sizes of dogs from toy to large. We care for them all like they are our very own Luna girl. About My Services: All of my services are customizable to your pets needs, but below is a list of what is typically included in my Standard Rate with and without overnight stay, as well as my Constant Care Rate, which I have limited availability to accept, but will consider if I am available and your pet’s needs require it. Standard Rate w/overnight stay: -potty breaks every 4-6 hours during awake hours, depending on your pet’s needs (can accommodate 3-4 hours for young puppies*) -feeding & medication 1-3x per day -1 30-60 min walks/playtimes time per day (can be split into 2 15-30 min walks/playtimes) -2-3 updates per day -overnight stay -2-4 hours/day of time spent at home during awake hours for your pet’s comfort, mental stimulation, or play time during the day Standard rate - no overnight stay: -potty breaks every 4-6 hours during awake hours, depending on your pet’s needs (can accommodate 3-4 hours for young puppies*) -feeding and medication 1-3x per day -1 30-60 min walks/playtimes time per day (can be split into 2 15-30 min walks/playtimes) -2-3 updates per day -no overnight stay -4-8 hours/day of time spent at home during awake hours for your pet’s comfort, mental stimulation, play time or other particular needs during the day Constant Care Rate (2x Standard Rate): -frequent potty breaks (less than 4 hours between) during awake hours -feeding & medication as needed (typically 2-3x a day) -1 30-60 min walks per day (can be split into 2 15-30 min walks) -2-3 updates per day -overnight stay -8-10 hours/day of time spent at home during awake hours for your pet’s comfort, mental stimulation, play time or other particular needs during the day -2-4 hours of time away for pet sitter per day (can be split up into 1-2 hour intervals) *All dogs are different and I will rely on your recommendation for your pets, but as a rule of thumb a puppy can typically hold its bladder for the number of hours equal to its age in months plus one <~~>~~<~~>~~<~~>~~<~~> Pet and Pet Sitter Safety: I have stayed with dogs who have easy access to a fenced outdoor space and with those who do not, so I am comfortable with ensuring leashes and/or gates are always secure. I’ve also stayed with dogs who are crated and am comfortable with crate commands. For their safety, I highly recommend crating puppies under 2 years old and any dog with a pattern of chewing or swallowing household items (remotes, pillows, etc.) when you are not home. Crate-trained pets will be crated per the owner’s instructions. Having an 11-year-old husky means I have had my fair share of experience with unexpected veterinary visits and emergencies. I am comfortable communicating symptoms to veterinary professionals with thorough details as needed. I have years of experience monitoring pets’ symptoms when they are sick, providing at home first aid, and acting quickly when additional care is needed. Veterinary Care & Emergency Transport Policy: While veterinary care and especially emergency veterinary care is a rare circumstance of a booking, pets can be unpredictable. When a medical facility advises veterinary care based on a description of symptoms over the phone, pet sitter will advise seeking veterinary care. If pet owner objects to seeking veterinary care when medically necessary, pet owner will be responsible for either taking over care of their pet themselves or securing a different caregiver expeditiously. To ensure the pet sitter is adequately compensated in extenuating circumstances, please be advised that for any unexpected or emergency travel or transport over 10 miles away, a fee of $1/mile (for example: if required to drive 40 miles roundtrip, the fee will be $20) will be applied to your booking. An additional charge will also be applied to the cost of your booking at an hourly rate starting at the time of departure to the vet and ending at the time of either arrival to your home or, if your pet is required to stay at the vet, departure from the vet + time it would take to travel to the pet sitter’s home from the vet (for boarding clients, mileage will be calculated based on the roundtrip to the vet from pet sitter’s home). This will include any additional trips back and forth to and from the vet to visit or pick up your pet based on the roundtrip to the vet from pet sitter’s or your home. Hourly rates are as follows: 8am-5pm: $10/hr 5pm-10pm: $12/hr 10pm-8am: $16/hr Holidays & Weekends: $18/hr *veterinary emergency room visit wait times can exceed 8 hours on weekends and holidays Cleaning & Vehicle Damage Policy: If pet sitter is required to clean up bodily fluids due to illness (vomit, urine, blood, diarrhea, etc) in order to maintain a safe environment in your home, their own home, or their personal vehicle, a one-time fee of $40 will be applied to your booking. The pet sitter will also require reimbursement by the pet owner for any cleaning supplies that are not readily available in the pet owner’s home. If the pet sitter’s vehicle is damaged by your pet or requires professional cleaning, the pet sitter will require reimbursement for repairs and cleaning fees by the pet owner. Injury To Pet Sitter Policy: If, under any circumstance, the pet sitter is injured by a pet, the pet sitter will require reimbursement for related medical expenses by the pet owner. I’m a small business owner and work from home, taking care of my own 10 year old female Siberian Husky named Luna, and can easily accommodate some other furry friends! I have a fenced in secured back yard with multiple spotlights and security cameras, alarm system in my home which is set any time I’m away from home without my dog, and at night regardless. We have a clean 2 story home with 2k square feet of interior space and a large fenced in private back yard with a (6.5ft fence). My wife also works from home and is a highly experienced Rover sitter herself, and we treat all pups like our own!

Over: Wij hebben altijd honden gehad in de familie. Na de middelbare school vlogen wij uit om elders te wonen/te studeren. Mijn ouders hadden toen besloten geen honden meer te nemen. Over: Ik ben opgegroeid met de Ierse setter van mijn opa & oma, ik bracht veel tijd met haar door, iedere dag wandelen en spelen met haar. Hier is mijn liefde voor honden begonnen. Ondertussen heb ik een eigen hond samen met mijn partner Sil, Frida een border collie. Samen trekken we er graag op uit, de natuur in om te wandelen. Als uw huisdier bij ons thuis verblijft dan delen ik en mijn partner de zorg over uw dier. Sil heeft veel ervaring met veel verschillende honden, heeft bij een hondenschool en dagopvang gewerkt. Of uw huisdier jong of oud is, of op een andere manier speciale aandacht nodig heeft, dat is geen enkel probleem. Momenteel studeer ik, daarnaast heb ik genoeg tijd om voor uw huisdier te zorgen, en anders springt mijn partner bij als het nodig is. We wandelen meerdere keren per dag met onze hond Frida dus als het te combineren valt is helemaal mooi meegenomen. En om voor katten in hun eigen woonomgeving te verzorgen is altijd mogelijk. We wonen op de eerste etage in een mooie groene buurt, de balkonzijde van de woning is heel rustig en zonnig. We zijn flexibel en kijken naar wat uw huisdier nodig heeft, en wat goed is voor hem/haar.
