Over: Animals are one of my greatest loves in life. I have my own cat, who is currently living with my sister in South Africa while I arrange to bring him over to join me in the Netherlands. Over the years, I’ve regularly looked after friends’ pets and cared for animals while house sitting. I also spent three months living with a friend who had two dogs, and during that time I became one of their primary carers. I loved taking them for walks, feeding them, spending time with them and making sure their needs were taken care of. I love walking and have great access to parks nearby, so dogs who enjoy getting outside will have plenty of opportunities to explore! My first priority is always to follow your guidance and keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. You know your animal best, so I’ll pay close attention to their feeding, exercise, medication, boundaries, house rules and anything else that helps them feel safe and comfortable. I live alone in a calm, peaceful home in a quiet neighbourhood. I occasionally have a friend visit, but otherwise it’s a very relaxed environment with plenty of attention available for your pet. I have a balcony, but access would always be managed according to your instructions. Indoor cats will stay safely indoors, and I won’t take unnecessary risks with any animal in my care. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, their wellbeing comes first. I’m very happy to adapt my routine around them and give you updates so you can relax knowing they’re safe, comfortable and getting plenty of love.

Op dit moment heb ik zelf een Dalmatiër en dat is zoals bekend een lekker energierijk ras die veel uitdaging nodig heeft. momenteel ben ik thuis vanwege de geboorte van onze 2e dochter. Over: Wij zorgen al sinds jongs af aan voor honden. Met veel liefde en plezier. We hebben zelf momenteel geen hond, en zijn daarom maar al te graag oppas voor jouw hond. Tamara werkt 4 dagen thuis en Kees 2 a 3. Genoeg tijd om een hond veel aandacht te geven en lekker een stuk te gaan wandelen. We wonen in een rustige straat en hebben een omheinde tuin. Geen grote tuin, maar toch lekker om even naar buiten te kunnen. In de buurt is er mogelijkheid om langs het water te lopen of het groen op te zoeken.

I have also walked dogs in the neighborhood and pet sat for a list of family and friends. I have a lot of availability right now and open to routine long or short walks, or just cuddles! I live near prospect park and happy to go there as many times as needed! I work from home now and live near a park with a lot of availability for walks. I do live on the 4th floor of a walk up - happy to carry small dogs if needed. I can also accommodate a crate if needed. Happy to also stay in home with the pup - I have done this before and very comfortable taking care of a place and letting the pup feel safe at home!
Over: Ik heb meer dan 10 jaar ervaring met eigen honden en oppassen op honden. Zowel met honden uit het asiel als geadopteerde honden als eigen honden. In het weekend wandel ik vaak vroeg in de ochtend in het Kralingse bos met mijn eigen hondje. Meestal een groot rondje, maar soms kleiner, afhankelijk van wat het oppashondje aankan. De rest van de dag kan er thuis gespeeld worden met mijn hondje en kunnen we lekker relaxen op de bank samen. Ik wandel mijn hondje 4 keer op een dag, dus aan uitlaten geen gebrek. Ik heb een appartement van 90m2 met 2 balkons. Er is genoeg ruimte in de woonkamer om te spelen en er zijn genoeg ligplekjes zodat iedereen in huis tot rust kan komen. Ik woon alleen zonder kinderen, dus het is erg rustig bij mij thuis.

Over: (honden,katten,konijnen,knaagdieren) alle soorten en maten ben ik mee opgegroeid:) Thuis hebben we nu 2 honden (Akita/Heder & ChowChow) en hebben we nog 2 katten. De Chowchow is mijn eigen hond en ik weet hoeveel dieren voor je kunnen betekenen. Gewend om met twee honden tegelijk te lopen die absoluut niet makkelijk zijn en een eigenwijs karakter hebben. Ook heb ik meerdere cursussen met ze gedaan dus weet waar bepaald gedrag vandaan komt. Regelmatig pas ik bij kennissen en familieleden op hun dieren in huis. Inmiddels ervaringen met verschillende dieren en rassen.Ik heb er dan ook geen moeite mee om op verschillende dieren te passen. Dus Ervaring met andere honden heb ik, zowel groot als klein! Ik ben vrij flexibel als het om tijden gaat weekend of avonden maken voor mij niet uit :) bij mij is er veel mogelijk van lange tot korte wandelingen tot in huis komen oppassen. Momenteel heb ik geen vaste baan en plan mijn eigen diensten in. Zo ben ik flexibel in het aannemen van dieren en ben ik veel thuis. Woon samen in een appartement met mijn hond. Super lieve en gemakkelijke hond. Ze is gewend met andere honden die bij mij thuis komen maar heb haar ook vaak mee genomen naar andere oppas adressen :)

Over: Ik heb het geluk gehad om vaak op te mogen passen op de leukste hondjes van vrienden. Dit is iets wat ik vaker wil doen! Ik werk als zzp'er vanuit huis dus ik ben heel flexibel en met genoeg tijd om voldoende aandacht te kunnen geven aan de hondjes. Ik woon in een vrijstaand huis met een grote omheinde tuin. Dus er kan vaak genoeg een frisse neus gehaald worden! Ook zijn mijn ouders vaak thuis om op te passen, mocht ik weg moeten. Er is daarom altijd wel iemand thuis.

Wij hebben zelf een dwergkees van 6 jaar en een paar kippen (deze zijn afgesloten van de tuin). Rox houdt niet van al te drukke honden dus het liefst wat rustigere honden :). We hebben een grote tuin met een afgesloten hek waar ze heerlijk kunnen spelen en omdat ik thuis werk is hier altijd wel iemand thuis! Omdat wij jonge kinderen hebben is het belangrijk dat je hond goed met kinderen overweg kan. Ze weten dat ze geen honden moeten optillen en kunnen er zelf goed mee omgaan. Ik werk thuis dus je hond krijgt alle aandacht! Dus zoek je een oppas voor je viervoeter, stuur mij gerust een berichtje en dan maken we snel kennis! Groetjes Yael en Roxy! There will always be 2 pairs of watchful eyes on your pet and we will never leave them unattended even if they are sleeping. Via een grote Britse website pas ik momenteel succesvol op honden en katten in het buitenland in ruil voor een verblijf zodat ik kan reizen. Ik ben gezond (vegetarische leefstijl, rook niet, drink geen alcohol, gebruik geen drugs). Ik zorg voor dieren alsof ze van mij zelf zijn: speel met ze, kam ze en knuffel ze. Bij voorkeur neem ik honden overal mee naartoe, ook met het openbaar vervoer. Hij/zijj krijgt alle aandacht, inclusief lange wandelingen, zonder dat ik voortdurend met een mobiele telefoon in de weer ben. +++++++ I'm reliable, show responsible and solid behavior, and respect the privacy and wishes of owners. I'm healthy (vegetarian lifestyle, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, don't use drugs). I care for animals as if they were my own: play with them, brush them, and cuddle them. Preferably I take dogs everywhere I go, also with public transport. He/she receives all the attention, including long walks, without me spending every minute on a phone. Fenched garden. At a canal.
Over: Having grown up with cats, they have a special place in my heart ❤️ from playful kittens, to independent adults and into their senior years I've seen it all. I know that each feline comes with their own quirks and habits which I love to tune into as I get to know them. With all that said I'd never turn down some quality time with a dog! Spending time with dogs of friends' and family is always a joy. Having just moved to Amsterdam I am eager to get to know the city, it's parks and local residents! What better way than through the eyes of its furry inhabitants! I am attentive to pets needs, I understand the importance of routine for most pets and would do my upmost to stick to it and follow the owners instructions precisely. Visiting animals at home means I'm coming into their territory, so I would be respectful of their personal space and habits.
Over: Many of my friends and neighbours come to me for pet sitting - dogs and cats. I send them pictures every day, and the owners often say that their pets look so happy with me!! I'm gentle while firm, and will help your little animal stick to the rules and training, while giving them so much love that they deserve. I also have experience taking care of rabbits, guinea pigs, and parakeets. I work from home fully, so very flexible with my schedule and open to adapting to the needs of your little one. A typical schedule - 08:00 - a morning leg stretch; 12:00 - a bit of running in the neighbourhood park; 18:00 - a digestive walk to the lush dog park; 22:00 - a chill evening stroll. I have a big enough apartment for 3~5 animals, and they'll have plenty of space to run around! Your little animal will be allowed on furniture and the whole apartment, but not on the bed
Over: I’ve had dogs since I was young and have years of hands-on experience caring for them. I currently have a 30 kg Goldendoodle, Willow, whom I’ve spent the past two years intensively training as my service dog. Through this, I’ve gained lots of experience with obedience, consistency, positive reinforcement, routines, and understanding dog behavior. I’m also very comfortable with larger, energetic dogs and providing plenty of exercise, structure, and, of course, cuddles! 🐾 I work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule and am around throughout most of the day. Dogs in my care get plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and cuddles. I normally take Willow on three longer walks and two shorter walks each day, so your dog can easily join our routine. I’m also happy to adjust my schedule to your dog’s usual walking, feeding, and sleeping routine so they feel as comfortable and at home as possible. 🐾 Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always make sure any dog staying with us feels comfortable around her. Since I work from home, dogs are rarely left alone and get plenty of supervision and attention throughout the day. Dogs are treated like part of the family in our home, they’re welcome on the furniture (clean paws permitting!) and can sleep in my bedroom. I follow each owner’s routines and rules closely and will always take the time to help your dog feel safe, relaxed, and at home. And obviously will send pictures throughout the day of your pup; as a dog owner, that’s what I’d want as well!

Over: I’ve had a big dog for 7 years and have been around many different types of dogs and taken care of them for friends and family. I am currently a student at VU university so I have a very flexible schedule and can be available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings! I have a home set up for a dog as I have a dog myself. I have a lot of experience in walking dogs and when I check in on dogs I know how to play with them and make sure they are cared for.

Over: Ik heb mijn hele leven al honden gehad, klein, groot, jong & oud. Dus ik weet precies hoe ik met ze om moet gaan. Op dit moment heb ik zelf een Dalmatiër en dat is zoals bekend een lekker energierijk ras die veel uitdaging nodig heeft. momenteel ben ik thuis vanwege de geboorte van onze 2e dochter. Voorlopig kan ik nog niet terug naar mn eigen baan dus ben ik iets anders gaan doen om mijn dagen op te vullen ☺️ Katten blijven natuurlijk graag in hun eigen omgeving. Daar zal ik er altijd voor zorgen dat ze zich op hun gemak voelen en uw huis netjes blijft 🥳
Over: Wij zorgen al sinds jongs af aan voor honden. Met veel liefde en plezier. We hebben zelf momenteel geen hond, en zijn daarom maar al te graag oppas voor jouw hond. Tamara werkt 4 dagen thuis en Kees 2 a 3. Genoeg tijd om een hond veel aandacht te geven en lekker een stuk te gaan wandelen. We wonen in een rustige straat en hebben een omheinde tuin. Geen grote tuin, maar toch lekker om even naar buiten te kunnen. In de buurt is er mogelijkheid om langs het water te lopen of het groen op te zoeken.
“Jiayi was een hele lieve oppas voor onze bulldog Baas! Het hele huis was al voorbereid toen we kwamen kennis maken. Communicatie ging snel en het was allemaal heel flexibel. Super fijn en sowieso voor herhaling vatbaar 😊!”
Over: I worked with my family dog in therapy certification, agility training, and basic training like heel, play dead, etc (she is my pride and joy)! I have also walked dogs in the neighborhood and pet sat for a list of family and friends. I have a lot of availability right now and open to routine long or short walks, or just cuddles! I live near prospect park and happy to go there as many times as needed! I work from home now and live near a park with a lot of availability for walks. I do live on the 4th floor of a walk up - happy to carry small dogs if needed. I can also accommodate a crate if needed. Happy to also stay in home with the pup - I have done this before and very comfortable taking care of a place and letting the pup feel safe at home!

“Ons hondje is een week bij Carla gebleven. Carla was heel lief met hem en gauw voelde ons hondje zich helemaal op z’n gemak. Carla bracht hem om te wandelen en stuurde elke dag een update met foto’s. Duidelijk was te zien hoe goed de band tussen beide was. Carla is zeker 5 sterren waard.”
Over: (honden,katten,konijnen,knaagdieren) alle soorten en maten ben ik mee opgegroeid:) Thuis hebben we nu 2 honden (Akita/Heder & ChowChow) en hebben we nog 2 katten. De Chowchow is mijn eigen hond en ik weet hoeveel dieren voor je kunnen betekenen. Gewend om met twee honden tegelijk te lopen die absoluut niet makkelijk zijn en een eigenwijs karakter hebben. Ook heb ik meerdere cursussen met ze gedaan dus weet waar bepaald gedrag vandaan komt. Regelmatig pas ik bij kennissen en familieleden op hun dieren in huis. Inmiddels ervaringen met verschillende dieren en rassen.Ik heb er dan ook geen moeite mee om op verschillende dieren te passen. Dus Ervaring met andere honden heb ik, zowel groot als klein! Ik ben vrij flexibel als het om tijden gaat weekend of avonden maken voor mij niet uit :) bij mij is er veel mogelijk van lange tot korte wandelingen tot in huis komen oppassen. Momenteel heb ik geen vaste baan en plan mijn eigen diensten in. Zo ben ik flexibel in het aannemen van dieren en ben ik veel thuis. Woon samen in een appartement met mijn hond. Super lieve en gemakkelijke hond. Ze is gewend met andere honden die bij mij thuis komen maar heb haar ook vaak mee genomen naar andere oppas adressen :)
Over: Ik ben opgegroeid in een huis waar er altijd honden en katten om me heen waren. Dieren zijn daardoor eigenlijk altijd een vanzelfsprekend en belangrijk onderdeel van mijn leven geweest. Ik vind het ontzettend leuk om tijd met dieren door te brengen en ze de aandacht en zorg te geven die ze nodig hebben. Ook heb ik regelmatig op de honden van vrienden en familie gepast. Van gezellige wandelingen en spelen tot gewoon lekker samen thuis zijn: ik vind het belangrijk dat een huisdier zich veilig, ontspannen en op zijn gemak voelt. Ik kijk ernaar uit om ook op jouw huisdier te passen en hem of haar een fijne tijd te bezorgen! 🐶🐱 Ik werk op veel dagen thuis. Dus de honden/katten krijgen aandacht en ik kan ze voor een lange ronde ook uitlaten. In het weekend kan ik een lekkere wandeling met ze maken of gewoon heel gezellig spelen Ik woon in een appartement. Ze hebben ruimte om lekker op de bank te liggen of op de grond. Ik heb altijd wat hondenspeeltjes in huis.
“Ontzettend fijne oppas! Boele heeft een geweldige tijd gehad. Mylene kijkt echt goed naar onze hond en ziet wat hij nodig heeft of checkt bij ons. Zodat Boele zich optimaal op zijn gemak voelt. De 2e keer (na de proefdag) liepen we haar straat binnen en ging hij al kwispelend voor haar deur zitten. Nou dat zegt genoeg!!”
“Bodhi heeft een geweldige tijd gehad bij Xiara. Xiara is een lieve oppas en heeft veel aandacht en liefde voor dieren dat zie je en hoor je. Xiara houdt je goed op de hoogte van hoe het met je dier gaat en wat ze hebben gedaan die dag. Voor onze hond Bodhi en ons was het een goede en leuke ervaring en tijd. “I’m glad to have met Marlies. She was excellent being a temporary parent to my Sonny recently hen I had to travel for work. Marlies was hands on with Sonny’s care taking him for long walks to Vondelpark, to the forest, even hand feeding him.
